Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space located just 4 minute walk from Sandy Beach (260 m). We are close to all the fun bars and restaurants in the Puntas Area.

The unit is located on the top and you will have access to two bedrooms and one bath. There is also a balcony to spend the afternoon after a day at the beach. The unit is completely furnished and equipped for your well-deserved vacations!

We are located in the popular Puntas neighborhood, surrounded by fantastic surfing beaches and with some of the area's best restaurants and all within walking distance from us. Our place is perfect for families and friends traveling together but each can have their own space and privacy.

A rental car is highly recommended and needed.

Top Floor

Perfect location with only a 3 min walk to sandy beach. Would recommend to anyone visiting Rincon.

Great location and pretty interior

We loved our stay. Perfect location for our needs. A short walk to the Big Kahuna bar which is one of our favorite bars in Rincon. Jake’s Java is the perfect morning destination and only a 4 minute walk. It’s About a 10 minute drive max to the Domes and Maria’s surf spots. We didn’t arrive til 12 am but it was no problem getting in with the lockbox system. The place is simple and pretty. Great outdoor living space where we spent a lot of time during our stay. Beautiful kitchen. One of the mattresses is pretty firm, while the other is softer, so you’ll have to work that out with your friends who prefers what. We loved this place! Thank you to the hosts!

Better than it looks

Great place that is really clean and new looking. they have done a great job with this place. Parking was easy and neighbors are a delight, really enjoyed Wes and his wife Jordan next door. Quick walk to the beach and views of the ocean from the place. Hard to beat the location, safe, pretty and easy to get in and out of.

Good location, property needs improvements

We checked in and the property did not have power, the locals told us that the area loses power a lot and this property, unlike many in the area, does not have a generator, would recommend a generator, other than that the property is functional, the location is very good and that is the highlight of the property
