Whether you are looking for a group getaway or a private retreat; we have what you're looking for.

We are located in beautiful Kingsville Ontario on Cedar Creek, just walking distance from the picturesque Cedar beach and Lake Erie. The Cedar House is located just a few kilometers away from over a dozen wineries and restaurants. Come for fishing, Golf, boating or any of your favorite seasonal activities. The public boat launch is just a minutes drive as well as the Cedar Island Yacht Club and the park.

We are a year round cottage rental with full amenities. We offer short term stays with some longer term opportunities.

Amazing Stay

I had a wonderful stay at this property! The space was clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained. The hosts were very accommodating and made the entire experience seamless. The location was also perfect, close to all the major attractions yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful.The only drawback is that the property has just one washroom, which can be a bit challenging if you’re traveling with a larger group. That being said, it’s perfect for couples or smaller groups, and I’d still highly recommend it for the overall comfort and charm it offers. Would definitely stay here again!

Girls night

Perfect place for our girls night. The outdoor area is lovely. Seats overlooking a pretty view. Lots of room inside for games and fun. Beds were very comfy and the house was very clean. Thanks for a perfect stay for our girls night stay.

Fantastic Property!

This location is beautiful and the cottage property was very clean. We were able to sit out near the water, listen to birds, and have lots of space for eating and games.

Nice relaxing spot

The property is in a great location. It is comfortable and clean. Hosts left good instructions. There are kayaks and you can walk to the beach. Loved it.

Wonderful retreat in a beautiful spot!

We were so pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the Cedar House for our stay while our son was married in nearby Kingsville. The cottage is bright, super clean, so comfortable with a wonderful backyard oasis fronted by a river with kayaks and fishing, our grandsons were kept as busy as they wanted to be. Everything we could imagine needing was available. The cottage was quiet and peaceful and nestled in a garden sanctuary of flowering bushes and plants! We look forward to another visit!

Great House

The Cedar House was exactly what we were looking for. The house was comfortable and clean with everything we needed for our stay. And, our boys both caught big catfish right off the dock.

Girls weekend

A long weekend with friends to catch up and have some fun. Location was close to some wineries to visit. Home and yard were gorgeous and comfortable. Kitchen was extremely well equipped. Host replied speedily to all queries. Recommend.

Perfect House, Amazing Area

Everything was great! The house was perfect, equipped with everything you could think of for your convenience. It was located in a nice and quiet area, and the beautiful beach was just a short walk away.

Friends Getaway

7 ladies stayed here and it was a lovely cottage. Enjoyed watching the fish jump in the river and watching the ducks and their babies swim by each day. Relaxed, played games and had perfect weather!

Great stay

The cottage was spacious, clean and in a great location! A short walk over the bridge to enjoy the beach or stay at the cottage and sit at the water on a beautiful deck and read a book! We took the kayaks out and did a little tour of the canal. It was a great weekend and we all said we would definitely go back!

Bird Festival

The house was very well furnished for our our weekend at Pelee National Park. Plenty of space for our group to spread out. Close enough to Kingsville to go to restaurants and shopping for groceries. The street was very quiet and the neighbors very pleasant to talk to. We would definitely return to this location again.

Cedar Cottage

This property is located near alot of things to see and do. The property is very neat and the owner obviously takes great care. It is a great place to stay.
