About the home
"The Manor" is a stunning 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom home, with a 6 seater spa, and a huge double garage. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:
Indoor Areas
Upstairs, the large main living area (with 65' smart TV) opens into the well appointed kitchen. From this living room there is access to the fully enclosed large 2nd floor rear deck, and there is also a separate powder room. Bedroom 5 and 6 are both on this level, each with a walk through Robe and en-suite (with shower & toilet).
Downstairs, there are four large bedrooms; Bedroom 1 has a WIR and ensuite (with shower & toilet), Bedroom 2 has BIR and a dual-entry ensuite/bathroom (with bath & shower) and a separate toilet. This toilet and bathroom are also accessible from the downstairs living area with kitchenette (with sink, Aldi pod coffee machine, bar fridge & microwave). The other two bedrooms (number 3 & 4) both have BIR and share dual access to another ensuite (with shower and toilet).
The large double garage (with table tennis table) has internal access to the home, plus a rear door to access the side yard. The laundry is accessed through the garage too. Please note: the arcade machines pictured in the garage are not for guest use.
Outdoor Areas
The upstairs rear deck provides a completely sheltered place for outdoor meals. The ground floor rear deck has an amazing 6-seater electric heated spa that is fully covered. This deck is accessible directly from the home, via the side deck and also directly from the rear parking area. As the home is on a corner block, in addition to the double garage, there is a second driveway with a gate that provides secure parking for another vehicle (car or boat).
Kitchens
The fully appointed upstairs kitchen is equipped with standard cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, Aldi pod coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, walk in pantry, large fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and induction cook top. There is also a kitchenette downstairs with its own sink, Aldi pod coffee machine, microwave and bar fridge.
Heating/Cooling Systems
The entire home has ducted, zoned central heating and refridgerative cooling. There are also ceiling fans in all six bedrooms and two more in the upstairs living area.

This home has 11 beds, accommodating up to 17 guests:
Bedroom 1 (Downstairs): One King bed
Bedroom 2 (Downstairs): One Tri-bunk bed
Bedroom 3 (Downstairs): One Tri-bunk bed
Bedroom 4 (Downstairs): One Queen bed
Bedroom 5 (Upstairs): One Queen bed
Bedroom 6 (Upstairs): One Tri-bunk bed and One Set of Single Bunks
Please note: A Tri-bunk bed has a double bed on the bottom, and a single bed above it.
Linen
It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.
Peak Periods
Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm (unless by prior arrangement). Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.
Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies
Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties, or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies, irrespective of whether school-leavers are part of the official Schoolies Program. All bookings are subject to approval, pending Guest verification process. Local council restrictions are in place for this property, and compliance is mandatory.
