**** Blue Angels Air Show-dagen är lördagen 11 juli 2020. På grund av trafikproblem på denna dag tillåter vi inte utcheckning eller incheckning den här dagen.

Välkommen till ditt vackra, fullt möblerade, tre våningar, radhus med tre sovrum, bara några steg från de vita sandstränderna! Du har till och med 2 pooler att titta på från både framsidan och baksidan av din cabana.
(Cirka 175 fot till stranden. Inga vägar att korsa. Direkt tillgång till stranden från samhället!)

Excellent!

I stayed with my partner and three children for a 3-day stay. Thomas made the check-in process super easy. The location could not have been better. The beach is 100 yards away, max. The living room setup was great for movie night. Bathrooms were spacious, and amenities were all in working order. The garage helped a lot since we had to deal with some weather. Would absolutely use again.

Beach vacation

I took my daughters and grandchildren on a vacation to the beach. The townhouse was perfect for us! The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. A repair company had to come in during our visit. He let us know ahead of time (with a reminder the morning of) The area we were in was perfect for beach days with little ones. It wasn’t crowded at all and we didn’t have to worry about not being able to keep track of where the little ones were playing in the sand. We spent one day on Panama City Beach and I was happy to head back to where our townhouse was located to avoid the crowded beaches! Definitely hoping to go back again for next years vacation!

Wonderful family-oriented property!

We enjoyed staying here so much! The property is set up very well for families. Communication was easy. Our expectations were exceeded by everything available - beach toys, kitchen items, and so much storage space! It’s just a very short walk to the beach which was not crowded at all! Highly recommend!!

Thomas is a super nice guy We did have quite a few issues with dirty items around the house. Thomas offered to have the cleaners come in , but we were not comfortable with that Nice house, location and community

Hidden Gem

Great place to stay. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. 10 steps to the pool and 2 minute walk to the beautiful beach. Close to Pensacola Beach Proper and far enough away to be very private. I would stay again in a heart beat.

Wonderful time!

This is one of the nicer townhouses in the area. We had 7 adults (2 are young adults) and had plenty of room to spread out. There were plenty of supplies - extra toilet paper, lots of spices, condiments, and pots/pans. Quick 3 minute walk to beach through nicely landscaped common areas. Will definitely come back! areas. Loved townhome at Pensacola Beach

We enjoyed our stay at Regency Cabanas Townhome. The home was very comfortable. We had everything we needed here. It was very well stocked. The owner's communication with us was outstanding from check in to check out. He gave us excellent instructions for things in his home. When I had a question, he answered me immediately. We were very close to the beautiful beach and pools. We loved our vacation at Pensacola Beach and will return. Thank you. Tom and Lorna

Perfect for Families

This is a great property and we absolutely recommend. The bedrooms are large and comfortable. The kitchen and dining space are perfect for family meals, but the property is close to restaurants for dining out, too. The beach is just steps away, and the property has two very nice pools. The area is safe and quiet.

Extremely nice property

This place has everything you would need for a family. There were toys, puzzles, games, books, pack n plays, pool and beach equipment. Property and location are both very nice, secluded and away from the busy main area but a 5 minute drive or trolley ride away. We loved the pool and easy access to the beach. Would stay again.

Family Trip to Pensacola

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and spacious and it was a quick walk to the beach. The complex was quiet and the beach was not crowded at all, we went the week of Memorial Day. The owner was very easy to work with and always responded quickly to any questions we had.

Mothers Day Vacation

We enjoyed our vacation, the townhouse had everything we needed for our stay. If you have children they even have toys, books, puzzles for them to enjoy. The pool was nice , besides the ducks that seemed to want to enjoy it too. The beach was gorgeous and the short walk wasn’t too bad either. We definitely would stay again.

Great stay great location

This is a great location for a family! Only a short walk to the beach right outside the gate, and condo was prefect size for our family of 6 staying. It was Well kept and had everything we needed for our stay. Also had several beach ideas in the garage for use! Only 15-20 mins from Fort Pickens and about 30 mins from NAS which has a great free museum. We did both while there on the couple overcast days and really enjoyed it! The Owner Thomas was responsive and easy to connect with. We Highly recommend this place and location!

Nice place

Nice property. well situated to do beach activities. sleeping arrangements were fine although if you have a fifth adult the kids room sleeping will be kinda tight. Oven and grill could have been cleaner but overall we enjoyed our stay.

Nice Big Place Close to the Beach

This condo was big, setup well, and in a good spot close to beach access and just outside of the crowds of Pensacola Beach. The master bedroom suite had a huge closet and bathroom, and a comfortable bed. The other bedrooms gave plenty of space for our group of 5. There aren’t a ton of luxuries or frills here, but the place was clean enough, most things worked well, and space was sufficient for us at a good price. Thomas the owner was also easy to work with.

Wonderful Vacation

Our family lives nearby and decided to have a staycation at the beach. The townhome was everything and more than the description on the app. The pool is literally a 30 second walk from the condo. The beach is a 5 minute walk away. My grandson was thrilled that the children's room had toys. There was plenty of beach toys provided for him to play with. I usually have to buy so many basic items when renting beach condos. Everything was supplied here...trash bags, toilet paper, spices, etc. The communication with Thomas was fantastic. He was prompt answering all questions. We will definitely be staying here again!
