The open plan living area features French doors, opening onto a spacious patio overlooking Lake Wakatipu. Gourmet kitchen, complete with thoughtful touches such as a boiling water tap, and fully equipped laundry help make holiday-making a breeze for families and small groups.
Soak in the attractive gardens, offering peaceful privacy while still being close to downtown. The outdoor furniture is well placed to offer guests full enjoyment of the spectacular alpine views, perfect for alfresco R&R!
Snuggle up on the couch after a busy day and put your favourite Blue-Ray DVD on the flat screen! Sky TV and a sound system are also available. There is no hassle of having to find a park as the property is well catered for with a lock-up garage, also ideal for bike or ski gear storage, and off-street parking on the driveway.

PRIVACY ACT:
The information requested from the guest is to enable Goodstays Ltd to assess the guestâs request to rent the property. The guest does not have to supply this information, but if the guest does not, then Goodstays is unable to rent the property out. The guest acknowledges that Goodstays will collect, hold and use the guestâs personal information for purposes related to the renting of the property and the provision of related customer services, including direct marketing and assessing customer satisfaction with products and services provided by Goodstays. The guest further acknowledges that such personal information may be disclosed to debt collection agencies, insurance companies and/or law enforcement agencies in the possible event of non-payment, damage or theft to the property; and the guest hereby authorises the disclosure of their personal information for such purposes.
You will have access to the entire home.
The Goodstaysâ Guest Services department is available via phone or email throughout your stay, 8am - 10pm, 7 days a week, with a 24-hour emergency line.
Centrally situated on lower Queenstown Hill, Panorama Views is just a 15-minute walk to Queenstownâs famous restaurant and nightlife yet is far enough away from the hustle and bustle for some peace and quiet.
There is off street parking at the property plus Uber, taxi and bus options in and around Queenstown.
Parking: well catered for with a lock-up garage, also ideal for bike or ski gear storage, and off-street parking on the driveway.

- Minimum age requirement: 25 years or older for the leading group member.
- Fees include pre-arrival inspection, house linens, towels, and standard departure clean.
- Prices are for up to the maximum number of guests the property can accommodate.
- Residential use only â no parties or events. The property is for accommodation by registered Guest(s) and the number of occupants nominated at the time of booking. It must not be used for parties, functions, or gatherings.
- As agreed with the Queenstown Council, the following rules apply:
No amplified sound or music is to be played from the outdoor living areas between 8:00 pm â 8:00 am.
