Nestled in the heart of Fingal Bay and across the road from Fingal Bay beach and Surf club and fantastic dining at Saltwater Restaurant with sensational views overlooking the beach and a wide variety on the menu.

With resort-style amenities at your fingertips, you can dip in the communal swimming pool, engage in a friendly match on the communal tennis court, or simply soak in the tranquillity of the communal garden – remember to bring your tennis racquets and balls! If the beach is more your style, The Dunes is across the road to the waterfront, perfect for sunrise strolls or sunset dips.

Inside, enjoy a thoughtfully designed space boasting reverse cycle split system air conditioning throughout and ceiling fans for year-round comfort, and an abundance of entertainment options from books and games to multiple smart TVs and a DVD player. The open plan living/ dining area flows seamlessly into a renovated modern kitchen equipped with essential appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, and family size fridge / freezer and huge, beautiful stone benchtops to prepare magical dinners.

Three bedrooms welcome rest and relaxation after a day of adventure. The main and 2nd bedrooms are adorned with ceiling fans and all bedrooms have air conditioning for those balmy summer nights. Luxuriate in either of the two renovated spacious bathrooms, both featuring a lavish shower with floor to ceiling tiles.

The Dunes includes ample space for your vehicles with a two-car garages at your disposal. Great location, good facilities

Amazing location for Fingal Bay access and nice to have access to pool and tennis court. Space worked well for our group and apartment was modern and well equiped.
