Pelican Crest

This fantastic, custom home sits on a ridge above the ocean in a quiet residential area north of Neskowin. You’ll be treated to peekaboo views of the ocean and airy views over treetops to the coast range from large windows in the great room, which has a vaulted ceiling that rises to the center of the home, lined in warm, natural wood. A free-standing, slate-fronted gas fireplace serves both the living room and dining room to double your enjoyment of a cozy fire. A large trestle dining table can easily support a feast, and a dining bar In the kitchen allows for less formal snacking or a glass of wine. The kitchen is fully equipped, and you can extend your dining options with the gas grill and dining furniture out on the deck. Downstairs, you’ll enjoy a fabulous shared bath with a slate-lined walk-in shower and a large spa tub. Two king bedrooms, one with a twin bunk bed, and a separate bedroom with two twin beds, give you comfortable retreat space for lots of guests. A bonus room adds space room to relax and watch TV and includes a queen sleeper sofa.

Walk or bike 1.2 miles through woodlands and wetlands to the beach, or hop in the car for the five-minute drive to Neskowin, where you can dine on wood-fired pizza, stock up on goodies from the Neskowin Trading Company, or walk the stunning Proposal Rock beach. At the end of the day, you’ll soak in your private hot tub under a sparkling, starlit sky and feel glad you chose Pelican Crest as your home away from home.

The house was just as described. Very clean and organized. The beds were amazing to sleep on. Kids definitely praised how comfortable the beds were to sleep on. The jacuzzi was perfect after a long day of walking on the beaches or hiking. The location was great in between Lincoln City and Pacific City. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Spring Break family trip

Amazing!

This house was beautiful and clean, we will absolutely come back. The location was perfect. It was so relaxing. We all agreed it wasn't long enough! Thank you for making such a nice, relaxing few days for 4 very hard working ladies. We felt that we were being spoiled in a luxury home!

A Perfect and Relaxing Spot to Stay

We had a great time. The neighborhood is great. A nice hike down to the beach (or easy car ride). It was hard to leave as this place was so relaxing, open and nicely laid out.

Great house

We stayed 4 nights and everything was great. Large comfortable home with great kitchen. The Hot tub on the deck was a nice bonus. The two down stairs bedrooms both had super comfy King beds and are very spacious. The beach is about a mile away

Loved our stay at Pelican Crest!

It had everything we needed to enjoy a relaxing stay on the coast. The hot tub was a bit dirty when we got there but the host was quick to send someone to clean it. Overall a lovely experience

Lovely Stay

My husband, pups and a few friends stayed a few nights to celebrate a birthday. The house was very well maintained and very clean upon arrival. We enjoyed the cozy town of Neskowin and the house had all the amenities we needed. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable beach vacation.

Family Friendly Getaway

My husband and I were looking for a family-friendly vacation home for spring break on the Oregon Coast. My friend suggested we try Vrbo and this beautiful home immediately jumped out at us.The pictures, price, and location were more than enough to sell us on the property, but we were absolutely delighted when we saw it in person. It was light, bright, warm, cozy, and inviting - everything you could want in a vacation home. The master bedroom was a dream, our kiddos loved the rec room (finding toys, games, and puzzles was a nice bonus), and living and dining areas were perfect for kicking and enjoying drinks by the fire when it rained. Also, LOVED the hot tub and jacuzzi bath. I could tell great care and attention was paid to the property, and we would definitely stay here again.

Nice home!

This is a very nice home nestled in the trees with a short drive to Neskowin Beach! The fireplace being a focal point upstairs was lovely, big rooms with lots of windows are great.

Exceptionally clean and super comfortable

This is a lovely home with everything you want in your stay. Plenty of space with comfy couches and dining table, good-sized bedrooms, fireplace and very nice hot tub. Well-stocked and organized kitchen. Prepped for 4-legged guests with a water bowl and paw towels. Deer were strolling through the backyard in the morning! Best of all is how clean every room, each shower and the hot tub are. Very helpful instructions to get to the beach and and use of heat controls, etc. for comfort. We found friendly service at Hawk Creek Cafe and the Neskowin Trading Post.

Clean, quality home

The house was clean and organized. Everything worked great except the dishwasher. We were notified that the dishwasher wasn’t working. Thankfully we brought paper plates. We all enjoyed the hot tub very much. One afternoon/ evening when we were there a very windy/rainy storm blew in. The house felt very secure and strong. Overall very nice home!

Beautiful property!

This place was so big we almost got lost in the house! It’s such a beautiful space with so many places to spread out and relax. The hot tub was great (a little deep so be sure non-swimmers have floats of some kind). The only downside was the back yard— my kids were excited to play on the outside play area, but the tire swing was broken and the other swing wasn’t up at all. The grass was also really deep and the hill is steep so it was a little tricky taking the dogs out potty, but we made it work and it was worth it for the interior. You need to drive to have good access the beach, but it’s well worth it as Neskowin beach is so lovely (and the restaurant is great too!), so we didn’t mind at all. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Beautiful Home!

Massive snowstorms limited our crew size for this visit to two and this house felt like a mansion to us. Our only issue was the difficulty in parking the raft trailer, despite only having that and a truck. I spent my birthday incredibly stressed after receiving notice of a “parking violation” via text, email and VM. We’d had to leave our raft up by the water tank for our day of hiking. Other than that, we loved the place and will definitely return to the area! We may have to opt for a less-steep driveway as we’re always there with a boat.

An amazing place

My family and I loved our time at this Neskowin house. It has beautiful rooms, a kitchen with plenty of supplies, and a great hot tub. The weather wasn't great, so we spent most of our week relaxing indoors by the gas fireplace, playing some of the board games at the dining room table, and watching movies on the huge tv downstairs. We even got some unexpected snow, which made the views of the hills and trees spectacular and time in the hot tub more fun. The beach at Neskowin was fun to explore, with great views, as well. It was also nice walking around the neighborhood and looking down on the ocean. Lincoln City was close enough to easily drive to get groceries, which we thankfully did early in the week before we got snowed in. We couldn't find a snow shovel so I had to borrow one from a neighbor. We would definitely come again.
