Detta vackra, tre sovrum / två badrum, villa på stranden ligger intill Chankanaab Marine Park och har den bästa snorkling på ön samt en sandstrand. Njut av fantastiska solnedgångar och se kryssningsfartygen segla förbi i det kristallblå Västindien från dina två privata terrasser. Detta är en lägenhet på andra våningen i ett komplex av 13 enheter (mycket privat utan höghus) med full havsutsikt. Klättra upp till takpalapa för en ännu mer spektakulär utsikt!

Vi kommer att ge hjälp med att ordna aktiviteter för din vistelse inklusive djuphavsfiske, snorkling och dykningsturer. Det finns en brygga för båtupphämtning intill Tortugas Beach Club! Vi kan också ordna livsmedelsleverans eller en privat kock mot en extra kostnad.

Dessa lägenheter har allt du behöver inklusive badhanddukar, snorkelutrustning, grill, två hängmattor, två cyklar, fullt kök med diskmaskin och tvättstuga.

Du kan enkelt hålla kontakt med familj och vänner - det finns GRATIS trådlöst bredband och GRATIS fjärrsamtal till U. S. och Kanada. Det finns TV / DVD och NETFLIX i alla rum.

Vi ligger på gångavstånd från Chankanaab Marine Park, Tortugas Beach Club intill och Uvas Beach Club med glasbotten kajakutflykter.

Great Snorkeling

Unit was clean and spacious and communication excellent before and during our stay. Parking on site was easy. We enjoyed the convenience of snorkeling right off the beach at the complex. Had a great experience at the Chankanaab National Park which is just a few minutes away.The manager, Diana, was very responsive and helpful. Large jugs of purified water were provided and replaced as needed. We recommend this prooerty.

Family vacation

Nice place that was as advertised. Great views from deck, and rooftop palapa. Good snorkeling right from condo beach. Saw angels, puffer, parrot fish and many others. Would stay again.

Great spot with lots of room for family

We had a wonderful stay. The 3 bedroom space was perfect for us with our 2 college aged kids. Easy access to the beach, everything you need in the condo. Easy drive to downtown but just far enough to avoid cruise ship crowds.

The condo was well decorated and fully equipped. The beach ares and pool were also very well kept. We will definitely be back.

We love the property. The owners kindly left coffee, wine, and chips. How welcoming! Also, there were spices in the cabinet for use. We love Cozumel and had a great trip. Thank you!

Slice of Heaven

I will not stay anywhere else when I come to Cozumel now. This condo has absolutely everything we need, is super clean and you can’t beat the location. The owners are incredibly responsive and answer questions quickly and have help available immediately when needed. We cannot say enough good things about how much we love it here!

Paradise!

Wonderful place with beautiful views. The wrap around deck off the living room and access to palapa for sunsets was just the place to relax with coffee and drinks. The decor was authentic with real wood carving furniture, and tasteful colorful paintings. Had plenty of kitchen items for cooking, and a charcoal grill. Filtered water also plenty on site. Snorkeling was great right out front and a nice little bridge over the rocks. We can’t wait to come back again.

This property more than met our expectations. Was stocked when everything you could ever need. Property MGR Alex was great, checked on us several times to see if we needed anything. We felt this unit had the best balcony view in the complex. We "WILL" be back

Paradise

The Condo was incredible. Beautiful accommodations and very clean. Communication with Management was clear and easy. The property was calm and quiet. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals and drinks. It was nice being next to Tortugas Beach Club for a meal and drinks (They close early). If we ever come back to Cozumel, I would definitely stay again. I would recommend a car unless you don't mind paying for taxis in order to leave the location.

Another fantastic stay!

We love this complex and this condo was great. The layout is nice with some separation between rooms. The kitchen is open and well appointed. And the views of the pool, beach and ocean are simply lovely. The wrap around deck was an excellent spot for morning coffee and an afternoon rest. The primary bathroom is a little odd with the large tub you have to step into, but it’s workable and had decent water pressure in the shower. The hosts provide drinking water for all of your needs and the manager, Alex, was very easy to work with and responded almost immediately to any questions or needs. We will definitely keep this one at the top of our list for our next stay.

Great property with excellent snorkeling

We were looking for a relaxing place to stay where we could snorkel from shore. This hit the mark. The condo is well equipped. We loved the large balcony with the hammock. It is a small friendly place where conversations from balconies happen with neighbors walking by the pool. The owner and property manager were easy to reach if you had a question or concern. We dove with Scuba Tony who picked up from the dock right next door. My husband is urging me to book here for next year. We’ve been fortunate to travel extensively around the Caribbean and this location is at the top of the list as one of our favorites.

Diving trip

Fantastic rental experience from start to finish!! The owners are extremely responsive to email and willing to answer any questions you have. Check in process was very easy. There are no keys- you receive a code to unlock the door which is very convenient. The condo has everything you need. It’s a $12 taxi ride into town for groceries, shopping, etc and you can find taxis at the beach club right next door. The kitchen is fully equipped. The manager is easily accessible by phone, text, or WhatsApp and is very helpful. One of the best parts for us was getting picked up to go scuba diving on the pier right next door- super convenient!!!

Close to daytime dining. Quiet. Nicely decorated. Nice outside seating with table off the living room. Friendly people. Shared pool was nice and outdoor areas were clean. Hot water was an issue. Took mainly cold showers. Dishwasher was a bit of an issue. Every time I washed countertops and prepared meals I would lean into it and it licked itself several times. Good things my husband is very handy and he figured out how to reset it every time.

Perfect!!!

My husband and I were taking two teenage boys, our son and his friend, on vacation with us. We wanted a place where we could walk out of our condo and snorkel whenever we wanted without having to drive anywhere. The description of this place appealed to me because it promised great snorkeling right outside the condo. Well, I am pleased to say it did not disappoint! We were VERY pleased with the snorkeling opportunities right outside this condo! We couldn’t have asked for a better variety of beautiful fish! The condo itself was wonderful as well: clean, spacious, quiet, well-furnished, comfortable beds, large bathrooms. It really does have it all! We were able to book parasailing right next door at Tortugas. We ate lunch there one day as well and it was really good food! The owners of our condo gave us several restaurant suggestions and we tried a couple of them and loved them. Casa Mission was our favorite! Be sure to go there at least once while you’re in Cozumel! We fell in love with Cozumel and hope to come back soon. When we do, we will most certainly want to stay in Unit 2B of Paradise Condominiums again. It simply could not have been any better!

Perfect Vacation Rental!

We stayed for a week in this lovely condo on the beach the first week of October. What a jewel! It's roomy and comfortable as well as very, very well stocked! The kitchen had plenty of pots and pans, dishes, glasses,bowls, cups, and all in great shape. Most of the spices were there for our use. The unit had lots of beach toys: masks, snorkels, fins, floats, umbrellas, beach chairs, ice chests, etc. There were several bottles of bug spray, sun screen, and after sun lotion, so there's no need to purchase any when you get to the island. There were tons of towels: beach and bath. Plenty of laundry detergent was provided as well as dish washing detergent. We weren't in want of anything except our groceries. We spent the mornings drinking coffee on the balcony and the evenings watching the sunset on the beach or on the rooftop. The whole condo was very quiet and we felt we had the pool and the beach all to ourselves. How lovely it was! We love to snorkel and dive which is why we came to Cozumel. The snorkeling is nice right outside the condo, but the best snorkeling ever is on the reefs which you have to reach by boat. One of the nice things about this condo is the restaurant-beach club called Los Tortugas which is right next door. We scheduled all of our boat trips, scuba trips, and snorkeling trips through them as well as ate several meals there. We had our own private 4 hour speed boat excursions out to the reefs for snorkeling which included food, drinks including some delicious margaritas, and snorkeling gear. Bernardo, Sergio, and Ronaldo on the boat La Casita were wonderful guides and made sure we had a great time! We also scheduled our scuba trip through Los Tortugas. They trained my brother in law and then took him and my husband out for a private 2 dive, dive trip. Luis was a wonderful guide for that trip. Other snorkeling and diving boats had loads of people on them, and here we were with our own private guides. It was fantastic and convenient! The people from Cozumel were all so nice and helpful. A special thank you to the condo's gardener who went above and beyond his call of duty to help us get to our plane on time. A triathlon was taking place on the road outside the condo and he ran a half mile down the road in driving rain to get us a police escort so that we could make it to the airport on time. I would highly recommend this condo and this island as a vacation destination! We plan on returning next year!

Description is accurate, although the photos don’t do it justice. Very well stocked (from the kitchen to the towels to the beach/snorkel supplies). Easy parking. Highly recommend taking advantage of the masseuse (Mimi) and the chef (Antonio) that come to the condo—both very affordable, professional, and excellent at their craft!

Great secluded location

Took my family on a snorkeling vacation and the condo was great to accommodate all of us and they had plenty of gear for us during the stay. Diana helped us solve a question very promptly and was awesome in maintaining very good communications both before and during our stay. Well appointed place and liked the ability to snorkel within 100 yards of the back door

11 stars – Perfect Stay at Paradise Condos!

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at Paradise Condos in Cozumel! The condo was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. With three separate bedrooms, it was perfect for our family to spread out and enjoy some space while still being together. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, and the helpful information book provided was a fantastic touch—it made exploring the island so much easier. One of the highlights was the rooftop patio—watching the sunset from up there was absolutely breathtaking. We truly felt at home from the moment we arrived and will definitely be coming back to Paradise Condos again. Highly recommend!

AMAZING

Definitely want to stay again!! The snorkeling right off the beach was our favorite. Gorgeous spot with comfortable beds, cute rooms, amazing balcony and access to the roof and we had the beach and pool pretty much to ourselves (in April). Our trip was a girls trip and we wanted a relaxing place to just “be,” and that’s what we got! We didn’t do any excursions or go into town, but we didn’t need to with the wonderful restaurants right next door and small shops, although if you wanted to it’s not that far away via taxi. Such an organized, helpful couple/group to rent from with all the information ready before you go, including maps and ideas. It was hard to leave, but we plan to be back! Thank you!!

Amazing place

We had an amazing stay. We have been to this condo complex before but a different condo. It was super clean and we had everything we needed. They provided fruit, coffee and a few beers for the guys. It is so cute with all the bright colors and a spectacular view of the ocean. Diana was amazing. She did some grocery shopping, booked us taxis, answered all texts so quickly. She is such a sweet person. We will be back

Absolute PERFECTION

Oh my goodness, this place is absolutely gorgeous! So many small details, including all the handmade furniture were just stunning. The property has beautiful flowers all around. The property is the perfect distance from town. Diana responded and provided all the information so timely. She was the kindest person! We called her on the way to the airport because we thought we had our passports and she immediately was driving over to the condo to check for us. I didn’t ask her to do that. She also addressed a small issue with the hot water, but it was fixed right away with maintenance. She is top notch, property manager.!!! if you like snorkeling, you can see it all right from this beach and on down the beach. If you get tired, you can just get out of the water and walk back up and go down again. The current sort of pulls to the right if you’re looking at the beach. We really can’t wait to return and stay longer. Next time. Cozumel is a very special island! Be sure to rent a car from Sunrise Services and check out the whole island! This place is magical! We had a spacious parking spot, the condo was extremely well appointed with so many towels etc., which was amazing! A full washer and dryer! We honestly want to live there! And don’t forget to go up on the rooftop there’s little swings and furniture and you can watch the sunset up there. It’s gorgeous! We went up there several times and no one was ever up there even though it’s a shared rooftop. We definitely will be back!!!!

This is the second time we have stayed at Paradise Condos. We enjoy the location, as it’s away from the hustle and bustle of town. The only draw back is the beach club next door plays their music louder than we prefer. But it’s not crowded at the condo complex and you get the ocean access and a pool.The condo itself was very nice. It was clean, and had everything you could need. The master bed was a little hard, and the water took a very long time to get warm. But everything else was great!The best part of our stay, is the property manager, Diana. She’s a large reason why we booked a second time. She responds to texts, get groceries if needed, gives local recommendations and is just the absolute BEST!If you are looking for a later back experience with privacy, we highly recommend Paradise condos!

Perfect for all of us!

This was a vacation we will all remember as one of the best! For four adults and 2 kids this condo had everything we needed and all the space to enjoy ourselves for six days. So much beach gear, coolers, chairs, snorkel equipment, and more. Quiet, lovely grounds which are nicely landscaped and well maintained, clean, freshly painted buildings. Safe convenient parking for our rental car. Restaurants with snorkeling on both sides. Plenty of small restaurants and other fun spots close by. We all enjoyed a whole day lazing around the pool and swimming right from our own little beach. Diana was always available to communicate. She facilitated a very easy stay for us.We were sad to leave and would love to plan another stay here.
