4th of July week

I have debated about whether or not to post, but VRBO has me locked out so I haven’t been able to contact the host directly. Idk if it’s a host or cleaner problem, but here’s my review: We booked for 8 people staying. We had 6 towels. There were no trial size anything left (dish soap, etc). There was only the roll of toilet paper that was half used on the rack. There were no dish towels in the kitchen. There was no salt/pepper nor scissors (just things normally provided), and the living room furniture looked like it should have been on the side of the road for pickup. The locks on the bathroom doors were not working (which concerned our teenage daughters because they are at that stage in life). The resort itself was nice. Great location. Great pools. Great access to the beach.

Great room, especially if you have two couples!!

This room was perfect, especially if you have parents, or another couple going with you. Both bedrooms have king beds and both have master bathrooms. The owner of the property was always fast to respond with any questions or needs during our stay.

Nice Family Location

We have a 3 and 7 year old. The condo was perfect for our family! Plenty of room. We were able to have meals in the condo which was a nice change from eating out every meal. The balcony was roomy and the place we chose to eat all of our meals. The pools and beach are a mere elevator ride away. James was very responsive to my questions and needs. I would highly recommend it for families! We hope to be back!

We enjoyed our stay. April 1st week (Spring Break). Elevators were not as bad as reviews indicated. Parking was easy, checkin was easy. The owner even purchased a blender for us upon request and had it delivered. Excellent stay and would go back.

Beautiful condo!

We loved our stay at 1907E! We have stayed at Splash many times. This is probably our favorite condo. It was beautiful, clean and well stocked. Our host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We will definitely stay there again!

Nice family trip

This condo was perfect for our family of five. Plenty of room and nice size balcony. Only regret is that they don’t have the arcade room anymore but with so much to do, it wasn’t really missed.

Amazing trip!

I would highly recommend this property. It's clean, well equipped (except the can opener didn't work), and the view is amazing. I loved being on the 19th floor. The pools were great. 2 of the reclining beach chairs come with the rental, which is awesome. We didn't have to lug chairs down to the beach. Very comfortable.

Perfect Weekend Getaway for 3 Generations

We had enough room for my family (3 different households) and privacy for all! Awesome large balcony that gives a view of the beach, and the street. We were actually able to see the Sunrise from the balcony! The corner apartment gives you the best of both worlds. Great time we will use this rental again!!

This property is amazing! The views were everything we could ask for. The rooms were big and spacious, also everything was very clean! My friends and I had everything we needed to make our vacation feel exactly like a vacation! Jamie was very accommodating and reachable whenever we had questions.

Love the location

This place was exactly as advertised. Very clean. Owner was easy to work with. Its about 2.5 miles west of Pier Park so not the busyness and traffic issues that are down there. We will definitely go back. Splash resort just looks beachy.

Condo was fine but wont be back.

This was my second time to stay in this unit. The unit itself is nice but the property was wayyy to crowded on this stay. Check in was a total joke with everyone arriving at the same time (4PM). There were no carts available till nearly 9pm on check in day. The parking is across the road so if you go and get groceries you better pray there is a cart available when you get back but there probably wont be. The lines at the elevators were awful. At 4pm there was a huge line full of carts and people checking in while everyone was coming off the beach. Catching elevators at this place is the worst I've experienced anywhere. The beach area was way too crowded for my liking also. The unit was nice but the experience was not.
