Stayed here a couple weeks as we transitioned moving from Phoenix to San Francisco and it was a quiet, cozy place for myself and my two children. Host was very responsive for any requests during our stay and we felt very welcomed.

Lovely tiny casita perfect for a couple. Quiet street but lots of restaurants nearby. Host was great and even allowed us to use the pool when not in use. Made our 10 days very enjoyable! Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a place close in Phoenix and a private small place with everything you need

Very clean, peaceful sanctuary after busy days filled with baseball and music.

Everything about the property was great! It was very clean and well furnished. Perfect central location for spring training baseball and visiting family in Tempe. Quiet neighborhood with great restaurants nearby. Would stay here again!

Great stay in Phoenix

A wonderful place for an extended stay. Location is close to everything (Spring training, parks, restaurants, the train) and extremely easy to get to. House was exactly as pictured and described online and owners were extremely responsive. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to Phoenix.

2/10 Väldigt dåligt

I cannot recommend this stay. While the location is fine, the owner’s lack of responsiveness is incredibly inappropriate for a host. After booking, I received a rental agreement that included language about an additional security deposit that was not mentioned on the platform. I emailed and messaged Brooke in app for further details and never received a response. She finally responded to Support the evening before check-in and had them relay that no further fees were due. I then received several automated emails that were not pertinent to my stay. I messaged Brooke multiple other times during my stay at the cell and email address provided and again never received responses. The WiFi does not work (which they are aware of because their “Welcome” binder notes the router is in the main house and to text to have it remotely reset). A package I had delivered was received by the main house and I never got it. Lastly, the clearance space around furniture is small for even a child. I’m 115 lbs soaking wet and still cut my leg on the bed frame. I did receive an email the evening before my check-out inviting me to leave a 5 star review.

Perfect for us!

The Casita was a perfect stay for the two of us during spring training. Very well maintained, clean and welcoming. We used Uber to get around. Proximity to parks, restaurants, etc. was good we mostly went to American Family Fields (Brewers). Host support and communication was excellent! We would stay again!

Cozy Cottage

If you’re in town for a long weekend and you’ll be spending most of your time out and about, this cottage is perfect. Small but very functional and clean. Bed was comfortable and there’s good water pressure. Fairly centrally located. Easy drive to the airport. 5-stars!
