You will enter a smoke- and pet-free apartment that is in close proximity to Crown Casino, Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre, DFO, and other Amazing Restaurants & Cafes, and a 5-minute tram ride from the Southern Cross Station & Skybus that goes directly to Airport.

The Two- gorgeous bathrooms come equipped with a shower, toilet, and vanity. You will also be provided with essential toiletries like toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash, bath towel, hand towel, etc.
The apartment has a full Laundry with all laundry equipment like a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board that you may use while you're there.
You have access to public transportation that travels to each part of Melbourne. As soon as you walk out for 5 mins, you can immediately access four tram routes. The Free Tram zone starts one stop away, which makes the location ideal.
The apartment will be exclusively yours. You will have access to free parking inside the residential complex.
