With beautiful and cozy decor that creates a luxurious but comforting aesthetic, your whole group will fall in love with this property!

Enjoy restaurants and nightlife in downtown Chattanooga (only a 7-minute drive). This home is centrally located within minutes of all your outdoor adventures, sightseeing, and city activities! Just a few miles from Chattanooga Riverfront and Ruby Falls. Whether you are coming here to explore the city, on a business trip (approximately 10 miles from the airport), visiting universities, or coming to enjoy all the area attractions, this home is conveniently located to each place. The home is just minutes from hiking, biking, and running trails. The entire home is for your private use with an easy self-check-in process to accommodate various arrival times. All rooms were well appointed and cleanly kept. Kitchen was spacious and beautiful. Wish we had a muffin pan, but well stocked space. Family was comfortable and temperature was perfect at 72 degrees day and night. It was the perfect home for all of us!!! What a delight!!!

This was our second time renting this house. It is perfect for a family vacation. We have two small children and there were plenty of spaces to set up their beds. It has a very large family room which allowed us to have plenty of space to relax and visit. The area is perfect. Walking distance to a playground and very close to coffee shops and other restaurants. We will definitely be renting again!

Beautiful home

The house was as advertised, beautiful and spacious. Close to key locations in/near downtown Chattanooga. vey comfortable. some mattress are not very very firm but everyone found one they liked.

Excellent stay!

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was perfect and Managment was on point. I highly recommend it if you plan to visit Chattanooga. It’s just minutes from the city. We will be back!

Beautiful home

The property is in a weird spot but worth it is around all major attractions. The rooms are a great size 2 downstairs both with bathrooms & and other 3 are upstairs with a shared bathroom. The site says the house has a keurig and kpods but it comes with a Mr. Coffee pot. The only thing I would say is that the upstairs could use another bathroom. My only issue I had is that the site will have you thinking that the extra guest fee is for any amount over 13 guests but it actually charges an extra guest for any amount over 4 guest, they have this big house and expect only 4 people to stay at a time and charges more for any amount over that. They should tell their guest that before they book but they don’t and I was told I would receive the extra guest fee back but I was told after our stay that the extra guest fee was charged because we had more than 4 guest mind you we only had 8 not even 13.

Spacious home near Chattanooga, TN

The home was very clean, super spacious, and comfortable for the whole group of us. However, it was a bit undersupplied. There were no bathmats, which was actually a problem given that the floors by the showers were tile and very slippery when wet. We used towels for bathmats but then had too few towels for all of the guests. Unfortunately, laundry was not available, though to be fair, it was not offered as an amenity. We must have assumed for a house that large catering too so many people that laundry was a given. Otherwise, there could have been a few more kitchen supplies but overall the kitchen basics were available. We did enjoy our stay, and the location was good and convenient to all of the attractions in Chattanooga. We would suggest the owner update the listing to clarify the lack of laundry as the list of amenities is so long it is easy to miss.

5 of us stayed for a weekend Home is HUGE! We had lots of space to connect with one another & have quiet time. The biggest issue we had was the BUGS. We saw or killed about 21 bugs in the house. It was annoying and some ladies had trouble sleeping b/c of it. That being said, I have no reason to believe the bug issue won’t be rectified. I just know, our group may not stay again because of it. A few things to know: - There is a small house at the back of the property. Someone appears to live there, but it was no problem at all - Bought our own bath mats and rugs
 - Bathrooms were well-stocked w/ full size body wash, shampoo, etc - No empty cabinets in the kitchen (all are stocked with dishes). - Fridge opens but is close to a wall. Door doesn’t swing back. So, the food drawers hardly open - Landlord is very responsive and eager to assist - Listing says 4 baths
 just know it’s 3.5. The 2 bedrooms on main floor have private baths. There is also a half bath on that floor. There is one full bath upstairs for the 3 bedrooms. None of the bathrooms have tubs - There area several smart TV’s in the house with pre-installed apps.

We enjoyed our stay there was lots of space and it was great for my 90 year old grandmother and older parents were able to be on the first floor while my family had their own space upstairs! We enjoyed our stay!

The property is as advertised. Large square footage, large rooms, clean (except for the garage), and nicely furnished. The garage floor was littered with tree leaves, "Daddy-Long-Leg spiders" and their webs, and debris. I cleaned out the spiders and swept the floor so we would not track the debris into the house. The property is nicely located in Red Bank allowing ease of access to tourist venues, the mountains, and other areas of interest without the need to travel I-24 over Missionary Ridge with it's abundance of 18-wheeler trucks. The only negative for our party of seven was the restriction for day visitors. We have relatives in the area and were told a 50.00 charge would be assessed to each visitor to the property who were not included in the party of seven. We complied with the rule, and all other rules. This property is on our list of places for future visits.

Very nice

Very nice place to stay. I think everyone enjoyed it. Wouldn't necessarily recommend it for lots of kids due to all the cool breakable decorations, but had lots of room, was clean, spacious. As described and we would stay there again.

Quick trip to Chattanooga

This beautiful home is actually so much more than we anticipated. It’s spacious, comfortable, well-stocked and even more than we anticipated from the listing. The property manager was easy to communicate with and all instructions were very clear. The only disappointment was that we could stay longer. Thank you.

This place is huge, very inviting. Close enough to stores , resturants so you do not need to drive. What was t o be 7 of us turned into just 4.out to be 4 of us and there was sooooo much room.

Overnight Stat

I stayed at the property overnight with my family to watch my nephews last UTC game. Upon arrival, the cleaning period were still there. I was told that they weren't notified that a booking was made for that day. Check in is at 4pm, we arrived at 6pm. I had my 63 year old mother with me who suffered major strokes so I told them that I needed to enter the home to allow her to rest. They finished cleaning within 30 mjnutes and left. There were not enough towels as they were left wet in the machine. I had to put them in the dryer before heading to dinner. It was disappointing as I paid over $700 for one night and I'm having to do housework. The owner was apologetic, however, I would've preferred compensation. Upon arriving back to the home, we had to wait 1.5 hours for the towels to dry so that everyone could bathe. This wasn't pleasant after driving all day and not being able to rest after a long day. The home is spacious and the pictures are accurate.

Great place and convenient location

House was amazing, very clean and had everything you'd need for a week long stay. It was as nice as the pictures indicated. The location was also really convenient for getting to different parks for riding/hiking and lots of good places to eat less than 10 minutes away.

The house was spacious. Most of the beds were small and the kitchen was missing things we needed like measuring cups and a cutting board.
