Filled with modern furnishings and flourishing lush plants, you can relax indoors with the family on the lounge and watch Netflix, or head outside and relax in the sun-soaked backyard with a cold drink and some tunes on the portable Bluetooth speaker, and a secure fence to keep your pets safe and happy whilst you unwind.
When itâs time for dinner you can whip up a meal in the stunning new kitchen under high, light-filled ceilings, or enjoy the cooling sea breeze as you cook up a storm on the backyard BBQ, then turn in comfortably for the night across four bedrooms (with you in the king bed of course). In the morning you can wake up well-rested, shower in the ensuite, and wake up with a Nespresso at the wide-open kitchen window to fuel a full day of adventure.
Culburra Beach is just a four-minute walk away, as is Curleys Bay, and a little further down is Penguin Head with its breathtaking view from the headland. Thereâs so much to see and do in this gorgeous coastal town, and so many different ways to relax: explore the local shops, wander the coastline, or relax with a book in the bath back at the house. However you spend your time in this beautiful vista, Bathers will ensure you make happy memories to last a lifetime.
Important Information:
- Bedrooms 3 & 4 each have a Tri Bunk (1 x Double below and 1 x Single on top).
- A small amount from every booking is donated to local charities â a booking with Professional Holiday Homes supports local communities.
- Please note that we supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.
- Internet in regional areas can be inconsistent and uninterrupted supply is not guaranteed. We will not provide compensation for failure or unexpected unavailability of internet services.
- Whilst the majority of properties provide access to streaming services, guests may be required to log in via their own accounts.
- Fencing: The rear yard is fully fenced however the front driveway is unfenced.
- We use smart home technology to improve your experience. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property (it does not record speech) and allows us to respond to noise issues. NoiseAware is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please ask.
- We welcome responsible guests that will not cause disturbance to our neighbours.
- For our pet friendly properties, pets are welcome inside but not on furniture or beds (please bring a blanket).
- After booking you must sign a rental agreement. Please contact us prior to booking if you'd like to view a copy.
- No schoolies, parties, bucks or hens groups are permitted.

As such we limit our communications to a few important emails, but otherwise we will leave you alone! If you are looking for a host that provides welcome platters on arrival, champagne in the fridge and who will contact you throughout your stay, we may not be the right host for you.
What you will get from us are well equipped, fairly priced, pet and family friendly holiday homes that are loved by their owners.
We work in a people business and very infrequently things go wrong - if this happens we will do our best to rectify the situation immediately. In busy periods it may take us a few hours to get to messages so picking up the phone is the fastest and best way for us to provide you with the support you need in an urgent situation.
As we are a licensed real estate agent you can be assured that all properties are fully insured, meet fire safety standards and are registered with NSW planning.
