The Space:

Perched above Baie Rouge in Terres Basses, Le Caprice boasts breathtaking 270-degree views and a private pathway to the beach. Recently remodeled, this 7-bedroom, 7.5-bath villa seamlessly blends traditional French Caribbean architecture with modern comforts. The grand terrace features a large infinity pool with mosaic detailing, offering vistas of the Caribbean Sea and Simpson Bay Lagoon. Stone and hardwood decking surrounds the pool, accompanied by elegant sun loungers. An airy poolside gazebo offers shade during the day and stunning sunset views in the evening. A second covered area features a gas BBQ and a wet bar for alfresco dining with a beautiful sea backdrop.



Traditional wooden shutters open from the terrace to reveal the spacious ground-floor living area with parquet flooring throughout. The living area consists of a TV lounge with an oversized couch, a Samsung widescreen TV, and a large chic dining space that comfortably seats 10. The brand new kitchen, situated separately, is equipped with sleek slate gray and white cabinetry, granite countertops, a breakfast bar with Tribu bar stools, and high-end appliances, including a gas cooktop, two Liebherr refrigerators, and a separate wine cooler.



Within the main house, three of the seven king-size bedrooms are found, with two on the ground floor and a third on an upper level accessible from a staircase leading from the living area. The fourth bedroom can be accessed from the exterior, via the terrace at the rear of the house, and another bedroom has an independent entrance just below the pool terrace. Each bedroom offers air-conditioning, ceiling fans, TVs, and en-suite baths with luxurious rain showers and designer fixtures. The master suite is a separate cottage surrounded by lush tropical vegetation and features a large private seafront terrace with a hot tub, outdoor shower, and a swing seat. The en-suite bathroom includes double vanities, a spacious open rain shower, separate his and her toilets and bidets, and a generous walk-in closet. This suite is available when renting all seven bedrooms.
