These are two separate, connecting units featuring two 2-bedroom units that share a joining door in the living room of each unit. Each unit has its own living space and kitchen, or keep the door open for a more expansive feel. Elevate your stay at The Lola with convenient access to our sister property, The Brandywine, where you can enjoy a refreshing dip in the heated rooftop pool from 8am to 9pm daily, just a short 16 min walk away.

The Space:
LOCATION: Only a mile away from the French Quarter, home to some of the best bars and restaurants in New Orleans, The Lola by Roami is also just a block away from the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, making it great for both work and play. The property is just a 5 minute drive from the Central Business District.

Make the most out of your time at The Lola, the perfect home base for exploring the Big Easy. Each newly renovated space comes equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, our patented memory foam Nest Beds, and a 4K Smart TV in each bedroom and living room.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking.

ROOM ASSIGNMENT: We furnish all of our properties to a uniform standard, but individual units may differ slightly from the pictures shown. Exact unit is assigned at check-in. Views and square footage may vary slightly.

APARTMENT: The combined apartment sleeps 12 guests in a total of 4 bedrooms and 2 sleeper sofas. Smart TVs are located in each bedroom. See bed count below:

BATHROOMS: All 4 bathrooms are stocked with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), plush towels and washcloths, and a hair dryer.

KITCHEN & DINING: Both kitchen is fully stocked (200-piece culinary set) and has a full line of new appliances (blender and drip coffee maker included). Each dining area has seating for 4, along with all the necessary dinnerware, and more.

AMENITIES: This property includes a fully-equipped gym and lobby.

LAUNDRY INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Laundry is free to use.
2. Located on the second floor, off the elevator to the left at the end of the hallway.
3. There is a sign on the main floor indicating the location of the laundry room.

If you are travelling by car, please take note of the parking information:

Street parking Monday through Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Prices provided at time of parking, free street parking on Sunday.

Guests are emailed visual check-in instructions and unique door code 24 hours before check-in. Please check your spam/junk/promotion folders or contact us if you did not receive them by your day of check-in.

Surveillance Camera: For guest and property protection, A/V surveillance is present at the entrances and exits. No surveillance is located inside the property.
