✫ This condo is located on the 3rd floor, with no one above you -- 2 flights of stairs (no elevator) to access our unit.
✫ We provide a starter supply of essentials (shampoo, body soap, hand soap, paper towels, and toilet paper), coffee, sugar, and creamer to help you settle in. These items are intended to get you through the first few days of your stay. If you anticipate needing more, please plan to bring additional supplies.

Hampton is perfectly located for a day trip to Boston, Portland, ME and the White Mountains.

Hampton is perfectly located for a day trip to Boston, Portland, ME and the White Mountains.

Other Things to Note:
Please note, the covered parking spot is tight. We've seen trucks parked in the spot but its a VERY tight squeeze for trucks and larger vehicles.

FYI, booking includes and is protected by the damage protection program.

Minut is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. We also have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property facing the outside of our entrance. This is to keep all guests safe and to keep the property secure. If you have any questions, please ask.
