Located in one of the best CBD locations, leave your car and walk to the many coffee shops, cafeâs, clubs, pubs, shops, gyms and parks just around the corner.
This modern freestanding 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom home offers a nine-foot ceiling north facing sun-drenched open kitchen/dining/living area with a polished concrete floor. The living area flows through room width concertina glass doors to the outside entertaining deck and backyard complete with a fire pit.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk-in robe and ensuite.
The 2nd bedroom also has a king size bed and a built-in-robe.
The 3rd bedroom has 2 queen size beds (the built-in robe is however blocked by one of the beds).
The main bathroom has a large walk in shower.
Modern kitchen with Caesarstone benchtops, full sized fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine & pull-out pantries stocked with essential items.
Functional European laundry with washing machine, which can double as small bar for entertaining.
This luxury home is our home away from home so has everything you would require for your stay including linen and towels.
There is a no smoking policy anywhere on the premises as well as a no party policy so if these policies do not suit your requirements, then please do not book our luxury home. If there is evidence of such the entire damage deposit will be charged for additional ozone cleaning. This also applies to strong cooking odours from cooking curries etc.
NB. The garage is used for personal storage so is not accessible for guests. There is parking space for one vehicle immediately in front of the garage. Parking is not allowed anywhere else along the driveway as access is shared with the neighbours. Free unlimited street parking is available out the front for additional vehicles.
Although we have set minimum night stays, one-night stays will be considered on the day of check in if there is availability so, please enquire by contacting the host.

This property is our home away from home for short stays with our children attending boarding school in Bathurst. The kitchen is stocked with pantry essentials that you are free to use during your stay. Laundry and cleaning essentials are also supplied.
