Nestled within a private oasis which maximises the sun, and award winning lake and mountain views, year-round, youâll feel right at home at this Sunshine Bay property.
ACCOMMODATION DETAILS
Arrive to a warm and rustic feel in this inviting open plan dining, kitchen, and contemporary lounge. Sit back and unwind in front of the classic fireplace. To the right of the entrance is the fully equipped kitchen followed by the bathroom with separate bath and shower. Also on the ground level is the master bedroom â one with a queen-sized bed, separate heat pump, walk-in wardrobe, and garden access.
Packing the kids too? The lounge room features a cosy reading nook with a gas fireplace, the perfect chillout spot for the kids with bean bags and board games for entertainment.
At the top of the stairs, you will find a sunlit balcony, perfect with a book whilst enjoying the sound of the stream and native birds. The second bedroom consists of a queen bed, plus a private balcony with lake and mountain views. The third bedroom was designed with children in mind and comfortably sleeps two with two single beds.
There is a driveway for parking your vehicle and on-street parking.

The Goodstaysâ Guest Services department is available via phone or email throughout your stay, 8am - 6pm, 7 days a week, with a 24-hour emergency line.

There is off street parking at the property plus Uber, taxi and bus options in and around Queenstown.

- Special events and Christmas/New Yearâs tariff subject to increased nightly rates and minimum stay

A copy of the guestâs photo ID (Driversâ Licence and/or Passport) is required upon finalising of the booking.

The guest does not have to supply this information, but if the guest does not, then Goodstays is unable to rent the property out. The guest acknowledges that Goodstays will collect, hold and use the guestâs personal information for purposes related to the renting of the property and the provision of related customer services, including direct marketing and assessing customer satisfaction with products and services provided by Goodstays.
