Beautiful home

This home was in a perfect location for us. It has the best equipped kitchen we have found in a rental home. The variety of skillets look like new, there are several sizes of baking dishes and pans. The dishes and flatwear are in great condition. The owner responded quickly when we needed a rental agreement to purchase guest passes for the Sun City rec centers. We have already booked our next stay.

As advertised

House was in a quiet neighborhood and the patio was enjoyable, especially in the early morning and late evening as the midday sun made the patio a bit uncomfortable. There is some annoying light from the church parking lot and the back bedroom shades were not able to block all the light. All in all, the rooms were all comfortable which allowed for a relaxing stay. The lighting issue almost gave me reason to lower our rating to 4 stars but the owners were very responsive to any questions and concerns so I gave it 5.

Sun City bungalow

This rental was quiet, conveniently located, and gave us the option (for a reasonable fee) to use any of the large fitness and recreational facilities in this age-restricted community. The house was well-equipped, and included an outdoor grill and fire pit (both run on propane tanks) and lots of comfortable patio furniture. I had brought my own baking supplies (pans, muffin tins...) but for the most part, the kitchen had everything I needed for the month. Both beds were comfy, and enough towels and linens were supplied. The owners responded promptly to any concerns we had, and the local house client contact person showed up quickly when a couple of issues arose. We would rent this house again!
