It then flows though to a carpeted living/dining area with a wall-mounted flatscreen TV and comfy sofa which converts to a bed, bringing the total sleeping capacity of the apartment to 4 people if needed. Dining table seats 4 people. Living area leads on to a terrace through floor-to ceiling sliding doors, where you’ll find a table setting for 2 people and expansive west facing views of Brisbane.

The Neighborhood:
The apartment is right in the heart of Brisbane’s entertainment precinct, an easy stroll to a good choice of eateries, as well as the Convention & Exhibition Centre, Queensland Gallery of Modern Art, the Queensland Performing Arts Centre, Southbank Parklands, West End and the Museum & Science Centre. It’s also just a 15 minute walk to the Brisbane CBD and the Queen Street shopping mall. Suncorp Stadium is minutes drive away.
Getting Around:
Although the apartment comes with its own undercover security parking, if you prefer public transport, it’s only a 6 minute walk to South Brisbane Train Station, and the area is also well serviced by busses.
Other Things to Note:
* An additional $40 will be charged to your total if a check-in happens after 8 pm, and we require your arrival time as the Concierge does not live on site.
* A mandatory full clean of the property and complete linen change will be done every 4 weeks and added to your total booking amount for any booking longer than a month. This will be added to your total amount and processed separately.
*If you are eligible for a full refund as per our cancellation policy, a processing fee of $50 still applies.
*After check-in, if you choose to shorten your stay, you will receive a 50% refund of the unused nights of your booking.
* Please note that this property has been specifically catered for short-term rentals by MaisonNets and is not a hotel.
* Due to strict no noise no party policies in Strata buildings or local council by laws we will be enforcing the NO PARTY NO NOISE POLICY - This will mean that we will be able to force an eviction if these terms are breached. If this is he case we hold the right to hold on security deposit and booking amount for compensation for the purpose of any damage, missing keys and potential penalties from the body corporate or local government authority.
