Welcome to Plantation Village #37, a beautifully remodeled 2-bedroom, 2-bath second-floor condo nestled in one of Grand Cayman’s most sought-after locations — Seven Mile Beach. Located in the tranquil, garden-filled Plantation Village Beach Resort, this private unit offers access to two freshwater pools, tennis courts, outdoor BBQ grills, and beach loungers.

Stylish Interior
This pool-view condo features a bright, open-concept layout with modern coastal décor. The living area opens to a screened lanai, perfect for sipping morning coffee or winding down with sunset cocktails. Inside, you'll find plush seating for six, a large-screen HDTV with cable, and high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the unit. The kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances, plus a blender, drip coffee maker, Keurig machine, wine glasses, dinnerware, and everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals during your stay.

Sleeping Arrangements
Master Bedroom: King-size bed, TV with cable, and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower
Guest Bedroom: One double bed and one twin bed
Sleeps up to 5 guests comfortably. A crib and high chair are also provided.
All bedrooms are furnished with high-quality linens and plenty of towels. Two folding beach chairs are included for guest use.

Outdoor Amenities
Guests have full access to the resort’s two freshwater pools, beach loungers, umbrellas, Weber BBQ grills, a lighted tennis court, snorkelling, kayaking, and sea paddleboarding. Please note: Seasonal beach erosion may affect the sand conditions on this southern stretch of Seven Mile Beach, but the water remains perfect for swimming and marine activities. Public sandy beaches are just a short walk away and always accessible.
