Super cute, clean and comfortable. Perfect for our girls weekend. Loved the view in the bluff and lived that we could sit on the patio and hear live music.

This place was lovely, and the location was amazing! We were able to walk over to the A-frame pretty easily, and the views from the comfy covered patio at the house were stunning. Lots of breakfast options were there waiting for us, along with a bottle of wine. We would definitely stay again!

Hope to stay again, location to hike Katy Trail and visit Warm Spring was perfect. Everything was very welcoming-Local wine to enjoy and the best blueberry muffins to start the day. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Beds were very comfortable, Everyone slept well. Loved the view of the river and sunsets from the bench.

I've stayed at the Bluff House several times over the past years and it is always excellent. Shelley's attention to detail is amazing, the view from her property is amazing, and we always enjoy our stay and are anxious to return!

Lost track of how many times we've stayed with Shelley, but it was better than ever. She provides SO many little things that you might not even notice, but are wonderful that they are right there already! I left her a message that our large drinking water bottle was almost empty. By the time I had ended the call, Dennis (who is a huge part of why this place is SO great) was already walking around the corner with the bottle. Doesn't get any better than that!! Great communication, lots of flexibility. It just could not get any better. (And...the view is worth 10 times the price....but don't tell Shelley! :-) ) Worth every penny!

Large property with awesome views. Convenient to the wineries. Great hiking. Quiet location. Very comfortable beds. Covered porch with fan that allows you to sit outside in any weather and enjoy the view

My 2 friends and I have stayed here several times. The breakfast foods are appreciated as is the bottle of wine. The house is conveniently located especially if attending the Lyceum theater. It's clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Nice clean place to stay for the two of us but would work well for a family. Rochport has a bicycle shop cafe for great breakfast and the General Store is better evening food than KC.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Shelly was quick to respond and very helpful. All the utensils pot and pans needed for fixing meals were on hand. The place was clean and inviting allowing us to enjoy a relaxing time together.

Such a perfect spot for attending a family wedding literally next door. The view is spectacular, the rooms cozy and clean, the bathroom sparkles, and the whole space is welcoming. The host left nothing to be desired. Thanks for a lovely stay.
