Amazing Villa du Lac Godon Chalet with Spa - Lakeside Fireplace Terrace

This brand new chalet was built and furnished to offer you a comfortable and fun nature refuge.

The house is ready to welcome your group, from small to large:

✧ 5 closed bedrooms, one with King bed & private balcony, two with Queen beds, one with 2 bunk beds with single mattresses and a last bedroom with a bunk bed with double mattresses. Each bedroom includes storage space and blackout curtains.

✧ The open concept kitchen is fully equipped for you to cook. You will find crockery, utensils, crockery, pots, pans, tools etc. In addition, some basic necessities will be provided to you such as oil, salt, pepper, ground coffee, etc. Next to it is a small dining table with a bench and 2 chairs. The main dining room offers a table with 8 comfortable chairs. We offer a high chair for your baby and a pack & play.

✧ The living room offers a large sectional sofa, a wood-burning fireplace and a smart TV, for watching movies with the family. Adjacent, we find the patio door leading to the terrace, where you can enjoy the BBQ and eat outside on the garden sofas or the patio table.

✧ The accommodation includes three full bathrooms, two upstairs and downstairs with a shower, and a smaller one downstairs with a bath-shower combo

✧ Outside, you will have access to the private 4-season spa and access to Lake Gordon which is directly in front of the chalet. The edge of the water is a small sandy beach shared with other chalet owners on the street and the descent into the hollow is gradual! You will have access to two paddle boards, 1 kayak, 2 adult life jackets and 2 child life jackets.
Boats are not available during the winter season from October 15th to May 1st.

Access to travelers:

✦ You will have access to the entire chalet and its outdoor spaces in complete privacy, with the exception of a locked storage space.

✦ You will share the large beach and lake access with other cottage owners.

✦ By booking with us, you will receive a Guest Handbook giving you all the important information you need to know about the chalet, in addition to the addresses of relevant activities and shops nearby!

*WARNING*

It is recommended in winter to come with a 4x4 car as there are steep slopes on the roads leading to the chalet.

*WIRELESS*

The wifi at the chalet is very good. With a speed of 125 mbps you will be able to telecommute without any problem.

*TV*

We have 3 smart TVs in the unit but do not offer cable channels. You will be able to connect to your Netflix, Prime, Disney+ accounts directly on the television.

*FIREPLACE / LOGS*

There is an outdoor fireplace and an indoor fireplace at your disposal. We will provide firewood, however I suggest that you bring kindling and paper to help get started. You can buy some near the chalet, I will send you the addresses before your stay.

The outdoor fireplace is not accessible from November to April.
In winter: If you want to use the outdoor fireplace It is your responsibility to clear the access.
