Family vacation

Nice, big house. The fire pit was really nice. Fire wood provided too. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back in the future

Quiet stay

The house is located off a dirt road in a quiet area (asides from the train tracks). It had everything we needed and provided us with a good base to explore and hike Jasper and surrounding area

A memorable getaway!

It was such a beautiful house, kept in great condition with excellent facilities and also yum treats left for the guests. Monica is a wonderful host, who was also very accomodating of us having an additional child and providing us with a mattress. We loved the fire place and this house and location definitely enhanced our bonding as we came together for a family reunion.

Great Stay !!

Stayed two nights (June 2024) at this location and had a great, relaxing time. The house was equipped with everything we needed to prepare our meals and i loved the amount of space we had. Also, the owner, Monica was always quick to respond to any questions / concerns. The town of Hinton has a ton of restaurants / fast food places, Walmart, Safeway Grocery Store, Shoppers Drug Mart. If you’re travelling to Jasper National Park, check out this property in Hinton, Alberta.

Hinton Home

We had 5 adults and 2 children stay in Monica's home. There was plenty of space for all of us and we enjoyed the outdoor space as well. Monica was prompt in getting back to me, if I had any questions. This home was nearby to Jasper which was convenient for us. Our family was comfortable and happy during our 2 day stay.

Excellent

Nice peaceful location just outside of Hinton. While the outside looked nice the inside was even better... clean and spacious with plenty of amenities and a nice outdoor deck for grilling and enjoying the evenings. Check-in and check-out were seamless and all communication with the owner was clear and helpful.

Perfect Girls' Weekend

This was our 2nd time staying here and once again, it did not disappoint. There were a number of new items added to the house which included a massage chair in the master bedroom, a new Keureg that accommodates both pods and a 12 cup pot. It is nice to see owners always looking to make improvements for their guests, well done!

Family Vacation

Our stay at this location was great. There is plenty of room and was very clean. Getting in touch with the host was very easy and they responded in a timely manner as well as checked in to make sure everything was ok. It was close to the city centre and it was nice to see wildlife in there natural environment. We saw deer almost every day. Over all it was a great place to stay

Home in the forest

Beautiful, quiet home in the forest. Plenty of space to spread out. Nice, clean homey feel. The host was a great communicator. It was well worth the short drive to Hinton to save money and avoid the crowds in Jasper.

Jasper launch point

The home was spacious, comfortable and had coffee and treats, water and more ready for our arrival. Just an hour from Jasper made it a great launching pad for our hiking vacation. Loved the outdoor dining space and the fire pit was great on our last night. Monica and Larry were very responsive to any questions we had.

Reunion with Friends

We have stayed at many VRBO properties in our travels and this is one of the best to date. The host was friendly and helpful and quick to reply with any questions we had. The house is clean, spacious, nicely decorated with great comfy beds. The bedroom with the king bed is upstairs and the rest of the bedrooms are downstairs. We had a great time here and would come back again!

Amazing Getaway

This property was perfect for our girls’ weekend getaway. Lots to do around Hinton & a short drive to Jasper. Loved the outdoor seating areas at the house. The one and only suggestion would be to have a regular coffee maker in addition to the Kureg as there were not enough regular coffee pods and we had brought our own beans with us to use. We would definitely come back here again!

We were a party of 9 people visiting Jasper National Park. Hinton was close enough to all major nearby attractions. The home was clean and met or exceeded our expectations. We had a very comfortable, fun and memorable stay. Monica was very communicative, flexible and very responsive to ensure our stay was comfortable. And we saw deer and elk in the backyard!
