The space
Accommodating up to 6 guests, this architecturally designed 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom sanctuary offers 2 spacious stories, loads of natural light and extra-large outdoor decks that are ideal for whiling away an afternoon in the sunshine with a side of endless water views.
Whether you're taking a dip out the front of the house, soaking in the lavish bathtub, fishing or sunbathing off the dock or relaxing in one of the two well-lit living rooms admiring the sparkling views over the idyllic Pittwater, an escape to Scotland Island offers a peaceful retreat for everyone.
Nestled right on the waterfront, savour the feeling of an island escape that is a stone's throw away from Sydney. Spread over two levels, enjoy high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows that let in endless streams of light and a breezy open plan. Polished timber flooring and sleek furnishings are complemented by rustic wooden furniture and luxurious touches, such as underfloor heating and an indoor fireplace.
This North-facing architectually designed house comes complete with its own private dock, which is suitable to BYO or hire a runabout boat to explore the local bays, beaches and bush walks.
You'll find a stylish living room and bedroom on the lower level, while the top-level features the remaining 2 bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom.
Indoor-outdoor living means you can step out of the spacious living room, and onto a wrap-around wooden deck that features an al fresco dining table and serene waterfront views.
Staying in? Cook up a storm in the state-of-the-art kitchen, which features premium appliances, such as an electric cook top, microwave, oven and full sized fridge.
Additional amenities include a laundry room, with washing machine, dryer and split-system air conditioning.
