Brand new gated community. Designer furnishings and fully equipped with everything you will need. Backing on to a private pond, enjoy your morning coffee in the screened in Lanai with the peaceful waterviews. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, separate office with desk and printer/scanner, carpet free.

King bedroom with full ensuite bathroom oversized shower and two separate sinks. Top of the line Simmons Beautyrest king mattress to give you the best sleep experience. The 2nd bedroom has a comfortable Queen bed.

The den/office offers a separate lounging space with desk and colour printer.

Private screened in lanai with view of the pond accessed from the primary bedroom as well as the living area.

Pickle ball courts, gym, clubhouse and outdoor community swimming pool. 20 minutes from the beach. Great Place to Stay

We sold our home in North Port and needed a place to stay while waiting on our new home to be completed. This has been the most relaxing place to stay. Well located, very clean, very spacious, very quiet, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Loved every minute of it! Ron & Alesia Sharpe

Beautiful property in quiet gated community.

This is a beautiful property, just as pictured. Everything is clean and new. Angie is a super host. Every text/call was answered immediately. Location is convenient to Port Charlotte, North Port and Englewood.

This is our dream come true. We recently purchased this brand new home so that we can escape from our daily routines from time-to-time, and spend some fun in the sun with our family. It is our happy place. We have furnished it with comfortable quality furnishings and enjoy spending as much time here as possible...but working full time doesn't allow us to be here as much as we would have liked. We hope that you enjoy your time in our slice of paradise and we hope you find it your happy place too.
