This Villa lies perfectly in between two of the most important parts of Penang,
as it take only 5 mins to reach Georgetown Heritage City and heading 5 mins the other way to Gurney Drive & Tanjung Bungah beach area.
The 'locals name' of the area is often known as Waterfall as it is the eco-green escape zone of the locals,
and is close to multiple waterfalls around the botanical gardens which is a 2 min walk from the property.
The most interesting part of the villa is that it is attached to Penang's Famous Botanical Garden,
which is jus a 2 mins walk away from the Villa. More than 10 hiking tracks are available which all summit at Penang Hill.
Of British origins, the place was first established in 1884, initially an old quarry plot,
the gardens is separated into 12 sections:
Lily Pond, Nursery, Quarry Recreational Park, Aroid Walkaway, Perdana Plant House, Fern Rockery, Fern House, Orchidarium, the Formal Garden, Tropical Rainforest Jungle Track, Horticulture Centre and the Cactus House.
More than 130 years, the Botanical Gardens is by-far the most beautiful nature park in Penang, which hosts an amazing range of flaura & fauna!
The greenery atmosphere in this vicinity, is really the perfect escape for you and your family to relax.
Several halal and no -halal multicuisine restaurants are nearby, including a huge hawker center, jus 2 mins away hosting more than 50 stalls.
There are three Hindu Temples which are well-known for their global reach festivals such as : Thaipusam! Thaneer Mazhai Temple as how often locals address
