Perfect getaway

Great location! 5 mins drive to beach! Close to shopping and restaurants! Clean and cozy! Great space, friendly neighbors! I definitely plan to return!!

Convenient adequate townhome

We enjoyed our stay. The house was good but the pool heater was not working until the last day of our stay. Needs more towels and household supplies/soaps/dushes etc. We did get some brand new sand chairs for the beach which were great! Close to beach and many great restaurants!

Perfect place to stay for our visit

This little bungalow was just perfect for our stay. It's close to the beach although not walking distance. It was close to my relatives who we were visiting. And it was close to a Publix. The pool was a nice touch and more refreshing than the beach. I would stay here again.

Sunshine Oasis

The condo was clean and inviting. The pool was warm and sparkling clear waters. We shared the pool with one other unit. Kitchen was well stock with quality appliances. The neighborhood was quiet and a quick drive to the beach. Definitely recommend a stay here.

Great place

Stay was great, only problem is the pool was discolored on the sides which made us feel uncomfortable to swim in it. Also the sliding glass door to the pool area was very difficult to open and close and therefore hard to lock also.

Weekend Stay

We were at the property for a long weekend. The beds were amazingly comfortable! It is a very simple property. Very clean! Wish they had four chairs on patio for each side of the duplex. Overall felt it was nice. Price was a bit high for the property.

Good spot for the beach

The experience was amazing overall. I did not provide the full five starts because of two things: One of the beds is old and uncomfortable (the other one was incredibly fine). The shower handler and blinders were broken. However, if you don't mind these things, then it would be a 5 starts.

It was good. Would have been nice to have had a small cordless vacuum and a laundry basket. Website should have a better description on amenities. For example, there were beach towels available and if we had known, we wouldn’t have packed them. The logistics was great. Door opened and streaming tv was great b

Exactly what we needed.

I booked this place for a myself and a friend for a girls getaway. We just needed a simple place to get away and reconnect. It was close to public beach access and groceries, and the Wonder Garden. The kitchen was well equipped. The shower could use some caulking and a little touch up paint but otherwise worked well and had very good waterpressure. I had a minor issue with the Netflix account being in a foreign language, I texted the number listed for any issues and I got a prompt response and had it figured out in no time. I will most likely book this place again.

Fine for the price

Overall we enjoyed our stay. It did smell a bit like stale cigarette smoke. The pool was nice and everything was clean. Communication with the manager was poor once we were there. He did not follow up with us after saying we could have a late check out if no one else booked for that day. I asked him that morning if that was still the case and he “missed the text” - we assumed we could still have late check out since we didn’t hear otherwise (with two kids, one who needed to nap). The cleaners came and called the manager and the manager handled it poorly and it made for a hectic and unfortunate last day of our vacation.

Nice place

I went to my Bonita for my birthday. It was a cool and smooth check-in process, as they provided a code. The house is perfectly located as you have the beach 3 min far away by car and Publix nearby. I did not like the fact that the house had many little issues, like the bath door handle being broken and one of the room blinds too. Also, one of the beds, where my mom and brother slept, was not as comfortable as mine. Mine was wonderful. If you can accept a recommendation, It would be to fix those issues and change one of the mattresses. The kitchen is fully equipped and perfectly fine. Overall, it was a really good experience, thank you so much. We gave you as a give measurement cups :).

Better than a hotel

We were staying in the area for five days, and when we saw that this property was cheaper than an average hotel, thought we would enjoy the space and amenities. We were not disappointed.
