Elevated for beautiful bay views of the Mornington Peninsula with fabulous split level design, your family holiday oasis awaits.
The property has all brand new furniture, beds, TV - the works!
A fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, brand new oven with inbuilt air fryer, large dining table, Bluetooth Harmon Karmon speaker and generous entertaining area that opens out to an undercover area with outdoor dining and BBQ which is located right near the outdoor games room.
The games room has everything you need to chill, watch TV or challenge each other in a game of table tennis.
Enjoy family time together whether it be BBQs in the summer or roasts in the winter, there's plenty of room for the whole family here.
There is ducted heating throughout and air conditioning to ensure your comfort all year round and there is the added bonus of a dedicated work-space and desk. The workspace is private and has a door that can be closed for those important zoom or work calls.
Bedroom one is the master suite with king bed and views of the bay. You also have the newly renovated ensuite with its own toilet and smart TV.
Bedroom two and three have queen beds.
Bedroom four is set up for the kids. We have two tri-bunks sleeping six comfortably and there is a smart TV in here for their entertainment along with aircon.
The second bathroom, also fully renovated has a large shower and huge bathtub which is perfect to soak and relax.
The backyard is lush & green and the property offers plenty off street parking and there is an outdoor shower with both hot and cold water for rinsing away sand from the beach or showering if you are game!
The property is located in a prized pocket of Mount Martha beside the golf course. The gents can play golf and the ladies can hit the popular Peninsula Hot Springs.
All of your linen and towels are provided during your stay, all that is required is yourself and your beach towel!
There is also a laundry for your use with new Bosch washer & dryer.
Relax, take in the views and soak up the Peninsula lifestyle whilst being a hop, skip and a jump to everything.

Please note a highchair is available for use during your stay.
In line with Mornington Peninsula Short Stays Rules & Regulations - we have a very strict no party policy at the house which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm you need to move inside with no noise to the neighbours.
