Located in a quiet, holiday-friendly neighborhood with all-day sun, this cottage is perfect for a relaxing break. Stylish, comfortable, and private â ideal for couples or small families looking to unwind near the water.
The Space:
This home is one of two homes on a shared site but private and comfortable for all. A heat pump to keep you warm on the cooler times and cool in summer.
PLEASE NOTE â This property is STRICTLY not suitable for parties, events, or loud groups.

Access to all places in the photos.
The Neighborhood:
This is a quiet family friendly neighbourhood and close to the park and lake
Other Things to Note:
Rotorua is only one hours drive and Hawkes Bay within 1.5 hours drive for a day of sightseeing and for the active traveller the Ski field and Tongariro crossing is an 1.5 hours drive. The Glowworm Caves are also 2 hours drive and Hobbiton 1.5 hours making Taupo the heart of the North Island and the perfect place to stay and explore from.
Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests their privacy but Kerry is available by phone or text to answer any questions and we are only ever 10-15 minutes drive away if needed in an emergency.
