First Floor Coach Home With Pond Views

Summary:
Our seasonal rental first floor coach home is located in The Colony at Hawksridge in Naples, Florida. This property comes with a 2 car attached garage, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms along with a community center that features a heated pool and spa along with a clubhouse with an exercise room. Hawksridge has a mixture of coach homes and single family homes and there are many sidewalks throughout the community.

The Space:
Our first floor coach home can be entered either by the attached 2 car garage or by the side entrance which has the front door. Upon coming into the front door guests come into the main foyer which helps you flow to the living and sleeping areas of the home.

As you come in immediately ahead of you is the formal dining room which comfortably seats 6 and has a beautiful chandelier for ambiance and there are 2 large windows that look out to the subtropical landscape outside. Immediately to the left is the second guestroom and bathroom, the laundry room and the garage.

The second bedroom features a standard size bed, dual night stands with lamps, a large dresser with a cable enabled TV and a large window that looks out towards the side of the coach home, where the front entry way is. There are also dual mirrors, a ceiling fan and hardwood floors in this room. Just outside to the right of this second bedroom is the second full sized bathroom. This bathroom has a pedestal sink, a frosted glass enclosed shower and a hairdryer mounted to the wall and all ready for guest use.

As you exit the bathroom you proceed down a small hallway and on the left will be the full sized laundry room which has a washer, dryer and a wash sink. There is a door that leads to/from the garage thru the laundry room. Coming out of the laundry room guests have the formal dining table to the left, the kitchen is in the middle and the family room is to the right.

The kitchen features Corian counter tops, lots of kitchen gadgets and it has a counter that looks out towards both the eat in kitchen set and the family room. The eat in kitchen set is in the back of the kitchen and is great for informal meals such as breakfast and lunch and it seats four. One of the sets of sliders leading to the lanai is immediately behind the table.

Just to the right of the eat in kitchen table is the family room. This is the largest room in the coach home and it features 4 swivel arm chairs, a large sofa, a coffee table and floor and table lamps. There is a set of triple sliding glass doors that lead to and from the lanai from the family room and it allows for a beautiful view SW towards the lake and limestone boulders that are naturalistically placed besides the pond. On the lanai is an outdoor dining table and set of cushioned chairs that seat 4. This is a great place to relax and enjoy the subtropical landscape surrounding the community. The lanai bends around to the left to join up with the smaller portion that is just outside the indoor dining set.

All the way on the right side of the coach home is the main bedroom. This bedroom contains a King bed with dual night stands and lamps, and 2 dressers. There is also a large smart TV and a beautiful bay style window that faces SW and the pond behind the building. There are blinds on all of the windows throughout for additional privacy. Right below the bay windows are 2 chairs to sit and relax and meditate and begin or finish the day.

The attached en suite main bathroom has 2 large closets on both sides of a small hallway from the bedroom leading to it. The bathroom features a large shower, a water closet, a jetted tub and 2 vanities each with their own sink and mirrors.

Hawksridge is located just off of Airport-Pulling Road south of Pine Ridge Road which makes this community about 5 minutes away from tons of restaurants, shopping, I-75 and more! Seagate Beach is the closest beach which is less than 5 miles from the front door of this coach home.

The onsite community amenities are located directly in the Colony and can easily be walked to. They included a heated pool and spa with a nice sun deck with chaise lounges. The community clubhouse has an exercise room for resident and guest use. There is also sidewalks throughout the entire community of Hawksridge to walking and jogging.

Important Details:

This booking and reservation are contingent on the signing of a lease and HOA paperwork and approval. Access to the property cannot be given until HOA approval is received prior to your move in along with the second payment, no exceptions. These are the additional fees NOT INCLUDED IN THIS RESERVATION AND MUST BE PAID SEPARATELY.

It is best to have a vehicle with you as Naples is a large metro area. This property is about a 45 minute drive to the Fort Myers Int'l Airport.
