Met Expectations

Very nice, comfortable, quiet. Easy to move around from room to room. On a busy street but not that noticeable inside. Easy to get to various Chattanooga activities from this location.

Nice location for seeing local sites

Clean and quaint house with all your main necessities, conveniently located to a lot of local sites and attractions. I traveled with my 12 yo son for some father & son bonding time. The house was perfect. We did so much in 3 full days. Thanks for helping us make memories!

Visit Friends in Chattanooga

The house was great as advertised. Clean, neat, etc. But i do have some suggestions. 1. We had access to Wifi, using my wife's tablet. We couldn't connect the TV to wifi so help your next guest with some Instructions. 2. I did notice a couple of cockroaches in the bathroom. I killed them, but you might want to address this before your next guest. They may not be so favorable in their reviews. 3. How about a listing of local adminities that are close bye? Food Lion for groceries, listing of restaurants that are just down the street. 4. A small dresser, 3 drawers would be great for the bedroom. Instead of guests living out of a suitcase. instructions instructions.

Location location location

Property was clean and not a bad little place. However... 24 hour laundromat is located literally right next to this house, so there is an exteme amount of noise from that. Loud conversations and slamming car doors ALL NIGHT LONG. The mattress was very soft and I had to sleep on the sofa because of the uncomfortable bed. My wife slept in the bed only because the sofa wasn't big enough for two to sleep on it. The back door to the house opens into the bedroom. The was hot air and quite a bit of daylight coming from around the door. The other issues we reported were addressed or acknowledged promptly. This was our 14th anniversary trip, and we thought we booked a quiet location. This stay was so disappointing that we left almost two days early, before our anniversary date.

Redbank home

This home is very conveniently located to Chattanooga and all the tourist attractions like the zoo and aquarium. Although located on a very busy street it is very quiet inside. It has everything that we needed for our stay.

Quick trip

Due to circumstances beyond anyone’s control, we were unable to stay in the house I originally booked. We were moved to another location for our stay. The owners and property management team were very helpful and we were taken care of very quickly. Overall we were very grateful for their support.

Hometown Visit

My husband and I visited for a few nights and needed to be close to Soddy-Daisy and Downtown Chattanooga to visit family. This location was super convenient as it is close to the hwy exit, laundromat, grocery store, and multiple good restaurants. The space was very clean and quiet.

Short stay in Chattanooga

We stayed at the Rock House for a short stay on they way to another location. It was great! It had everything we needed and it was a good location for all the things we planned to do while we were in Chatanooga.

Sufficient

Has what you’d need for a stay. Laundromat can get loud with cars, car doors and consistent headlights. Also, depends on who is staying at the place behind this one. That can get tricky. Beware of heavy restrictions in the agreement. Super unusual to be as stringent as they are, so that’s a definite negative. Owner isn’t exactly reasonable either. Paid for a month and a half all at once. Found a home and was told I’d get a “discretionary” refund, which really amounts to half of what you’d be owed even though they already had it re-rented. Hence, they double-dipped on the rent and we’re paid twice for the same nights…kind of unethical. Transparency issues, for sure. Additionally, the rental company wouldn’t let me know how they calculated it, even though I asked the question directly. Again, unnerving. As stated, the place does the trick as a place to stay, but their policies and lack of effective communication (vs one sentence answers) brings down the rating on this one.

Enjoyable ‼️

I was truly impressed :) Also I want to personally think “Sage” whom helped and addressed all my concerns promptly! This was our 1st time. I must admit I had my reservations🤔BUT… Everything was nice, the area very quiet especially doing the evening and night, pleasant and clean. The house was perfect for my husband and I. Being it had a walk-in shower that was a bonus. My husband is disabled this made it easy. The parking is very user friendly. I pulled the truck up to the door unloaded and my husband was able to take the short walk into the house. The convenience of this made it a breeze. Being my sister had just pass and we were there for her funeral. I didn’t need any added stress. When we walked in the house it was a very calm spirit warm and inviting. Everything was in place neatly prepared. I needed that! OMG… the bed, sheets nice and clean and it slept good.The sofa in the living room also comfortable while we enjoyed Netflix! We were there 5-days no worries at all. Again THANK YOU SAGE:)
