A short drive to the International Airport, Frankton's supermarkets and Queenstown's restaurants and attractions, its located in a peaceful cul-de-sac with excellent elevation.

As the home is located right in between Queenstown and Frankton you are short drive to everything you will need!
From supermarkets and shopping centres in Frankton/5 Mile to the town centre, activities and restaurants in Queenstown.

The location of this gorgeous home is tucked away on a quiet hillside - safe, sound, peaceful and secure.

Getting Around:
This property is within close proximity of bus stops and has on-street and off-street parking available.

Other Things to Note:
Noise control

This property is located within a residential area. Please respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a low level at all times, especially between 8pm – 8am.

As agreed by Queenstown Council, the following rules apply:

No amplified sound/music is to be played from the outdoor living areas between the hours of 8pm – 8am.

All outdoor living areas must be vacated between the hours of 10pm – 7am.

The residents within the neighbourhood and the management company can call the council with a noise complaint if they have concerns between the hours of 10 pm – 7 am.

Interaction with Guests:
We will be available to answer any questions you may have prior or during your stay. The Tahuna Team will also be on call for any urgent needs after 5 pm.
