Looking for a beach house in Mollymook for a family holiday, look no further than Bethy's Beach House. This original split level home has ocean and golf course views from the living area and master bedroom, plus large tiled deck to soak in the afternoon sea breeze.

Bethy's Beach House is located just a short stroll from the famous Mollymook Beachside Golf course, Mollymook Golf Club, Beach Hut for fish & chips, South End Mollymook Beach (patrolled during Summer months), Mollymook Playground and Gym (fully gated) perfect for the little ones.

Upon entering this property you will be greeted with the lower level view of the living room and views of Golf Course & Golfy Ocean Views. To the right is the open plan kitchen with dining table, Breville Coffee Machine, Dishwasher and all the kitchen essential items, further around to the right of the kitchen is the rumpus room with Smart TV, Nintendo Wii and European laundry with washing machine only. To the left of the entrance you will find main bathroom with generous sized bath with spa jets, separate shower, double basins & toilet, Kids bedroom with 1x single bunks and separate single bed plus built in robe and wall mounted fan, Bedroom two on the same level next to kids room contains a Queen bed with ceiling fan and built in robe.

Lower level has large open plan living are with smart TV, Air-conditioning, large glass sliding doors that open pout onto tiled verandah - perfect for entertaining and soaking in the afternoon breeze. Master Bedroom, Built in robe, ceiling fan, TV, ensuite with shower, double basin & toilet.

Please Note -

- Please do not book if you are a hens, bucks, school leavers group or a party of any kind. These types of bookings will be cancelled.

- This property is not pet friendly.

- Linen is provided for your stay, please bring your own beach towels if you wish to engage in outdoor water activities.

- There is an external security camera that faces the carport.

- We also kindly advise that top bunks are not suitable for adults.
