Situated on 7.4 acres of private native bushland, this grand design welcomes you with 6 large bedrooms and more than enough space for extended families, wellness or corporate getaways to enjoy.

MAXIMUM 12 GUESTS INCLUDING CHILDREN - extra guests or events/parties will result in instant eviction by our grounds managment.

The Space:
Living Space

Large flowing living from the cozy lounge space with TV and Fire, flowing to the large indoor dining, adjacent to the elaborate kitchen complete with butlers pantry.

Door the expansive hall is the kids retreat, with games, TV and Kitchenette.

Further down this wing you will find the completely enclosed yoga/meditation room.

The loft has a parents retreat and open work space plus a bathroom.

The kitchen is a chef's delight with butlers pantry, dishwasher large oven and cooktop and everything you need. Speak to us about catering options.

Adults Wing

The adults wing consists of 2 large king bedrooms each with an ensuite and bath, each room can be split into 2 singles. They are situated on either side of the grand entrance.

Ideal for a second family, teenagers or the kids the bedroom wing is at the other end of the house. Here you will find 4 x King Bedrooms which can all be split into 2 singles complete with Jack and Jill shared bathroom.


The loft gives you another level of escape with an office and an adults retreat with lounge and large TV.

The Kids retreat has a full size pool table, lounge TV and kitchenette and opens out to an outdoor lounge and the pool area.

BBQ and outdoor dining. NOTE THE POOL IS NOT HEATED.

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IS PERMITTED INSIDE OR ON ANY PART OF THE GROUNDS.

Guest Access:
We will send you a code for access the morning of check in. You will be welcomed by our grounds management once you arrive.
You will also received our inhouse digital guide to your phone with directions and house information.

The Neighborhood:
Quiet and private, local residential neighbours.
Very Leafy and full of wildlife, expect lots of birds and possums.

Other Things to Note:
Beds are made up as kings as default. If you require singles please advise us at time of booking. Beds may not be able to be changed at short notice.
Septic tanks are in use, no flushing of anything other the number 1/2 and toilet paper.
We are a 100% smoke and vape free property including grounds, do not smoke anywhere on the property.All bookings will require to provide government issued ID and valid credit card for security purposes. The booker will also be required to complete our digital registration confirming acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.

Interaction with Guests:
We will be available throughout your stay. Our grounds manager lives adjacent to the property and is available for emergencies and will also be monitoring any additional guest or party activity.
