Cancellation Policy:
We offer up to 100% cancellation if we can rebook your unit during your time slot. If we can't rebook your unit we will work with you to reschedule at a date that works for us both in mid or low-season (May 01 to Dec 15 â Excluding Holidays).

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
We wanted a place in nature that supported a simple and natural lifestyle. We were looking for a quiet, natural environment for our Turks and Caicos villas, close to nature and the sea, away from the buzz of the city, roads, and pollution. This location fits that description perfectly ... no sounds except the wind, the trees, and the sea - and it turned out to be the best location for kiteboarding too. We look forward to welcoming you here.

Esencia is a 2.25-acre property of Provo native vegetation directly on the beach in Long Bay, Turks, and Caicos Islands. The lush plants and trees are wild and natural, giving you the feeling of being in the midst of the undisturbed jungle. We have built in a way that flows with the land and nature. Our pathways wind through the bush and follow natureâs creation. Our buildings appear to have been dropped in. The smell of wildflowers tantalizes your senses and the beautiful wild orchids reveal their magic. With only 10 Turks and Caicos vacation suites in 4 elegant villas, it is designed for privacy and tranquillity.
