Check-in started out with the code not being correct and waiting for a response from the management company so we could get inside the unit. The condo was spacious, great kitchen counter space to prep meals and eat - lots of room there. They provided plenty of necessities from garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, toiletries and towels. Upon arrival, we tried setting up the air mattress, only to discover that a previous guest had broken the electrical pump attached to mattress, and no one bothered to check mattress dieting the turn over. The mattress was worthless. We contacted the appropriate contact numbers provided and received no response regarding this issue. The messaging system via VRBO was also worthless, as we received no help there either. This was the day before Thanksgiving, so there should've been plenty of time to at least respond on their part. We waited until bedtime and still nothing. Our family member had to sleep on the couch cushions on the floor, but there weren't enough cushions to have an adult sized male sleep on them. It was incredibly frustrating. To make matters worse, we were forced to deal with it for 2 nights.We got a replacement mattress on the 3rd day. I think the management company customer service was incredibly lacking. Disappointing. We love the resort and have visited several times. We will avoid this unit in the future.
