Not as nice as last year

We stayed here a year ago, and it was perfect. This year, there were several small things that added up to knocking a star off. Nothing big, and its still a nice place to stay.

Funtastical

My family and i thoroughly enjoyed this property! The set up was amazing and it was so spacious. You wouldn't think so from is outside appearance. The pool table and shuffle board set up was a hit not to mention the nba jams(couldn't get the hubs and bro in law off of it) location was great for what we needed. Would love to come and stay again! Thank you

Great family stay

This was a family vacation with ages from 3-80. All accommodations were perfect and accessible for my father in law who is in a wheelchair. We were even able to cook our Thanksgiving feast with kitchen supplies! Great memories and will keep in mind for next time.

Great place for the family, clean, with games and amenities, 20 minutes from downtown San Antonio and 10 minutes from sea world. Good restaurants and stores around.

Great family house

There was plenty of room in this house. My kids enjoyed being able to play pool, play the arcade, basketball game, and shuffleboard. Unfortunately, the pinball machine was not working. Plenty for my kids to do. The rooms were great. It’s also a great location, we felt safe and easy to get to things around town.

Great for BMT Graduation

Nice open floor plan with plenty of room for a family to spread out, but still have fun together playing pool and other games. House is larger than it appears from the curb. Easy drive to/from Lackland AFB. Plenty of cooking/eating utensils, some were a bit dusty, but rinsed/washed up fine. Would recommend/stay again.

Awesome Stay!

The home was better than advertised. Guests enjoyed the pool table and games. The beds were very comfortable and everything we needed as far as cooking, showering, and sleeping was available. The beds were very comfortable and the furnishings were amazing. We've stayed at over 10 properties and this one has been the best by far. Strongly recommend!

Totally enjoyed ourselves!! The house had everything we needed and more. Must rent if in San Antonio

We were there for a n Air Force Graduation at Lackland AFB. Easy commute to the base and to and from the Airport. My next trip to San Antonio I will be looking to rent this property again.

We chose this property because it was just a quick 15 minute trip to Lackland AFB. We realized after we arrived that we were close to all kinds of restaurants and shops. The host was very easy to communicate with, and answered my questions before check-in. When we stayed, there was a very hot spell in San Antonio, and we were happily surprised to find the house nice and cool when we arrived! The house was so cute - decorations were great. It also had lots of couch and dining seating so everyone could spread out. There were lots of fun games to keep everyone busy. The beds were all super comfortable, and the bathrooms had plenty of towels and toiletries. We would definitely stay again and recommend to others as well!

Don’t pass this place up if it’s available and you need a place

Super cute place. Bigger than expected and very well appointed place. The owners thought of everything, kitchen is stocked, TVs in every room with streaming channels logged in. Lots of activities to do at the house- hot tub, fire pit, cooking, playing pool, arcades and shuffle board- lots of fun to just spend with family. Do yourself a favor and make new memories by staying here with your family. You will not regret it, bedrooms are cute, inviting and comfortable. Will stay here again!

Nice!

This house is bigger than it looks in the pictures. We were greeted with a basket of goodies on the counter, which was great after traveling! There was a decent selection of kitchen items, plenty of closet space and drawers in the bedrooms. Towels and handtowels were stocked, everything was clean. The beds were comfortable, and the hot tub was thoroughly bleached (might not want to let anyone with extra sensitive skin go in!) The fenced in backyard was great for our furred friend, and the neighbors weren't loud at any time. I would stay there again, and recommend it to anyone.

great location and layout.

The neighborhood is very nice, close to many attractions. we were maybe 20 min drive from nearly anything you want to see in San Antonio. House has an AWESOME layout for entertaining lots of family and friends. I didn't use the hot tub but our nieces did, and they were satisfied. I did however enjoy the BBQ grill, fire pit and pool table! House was clean, beds were comfortable and plenty. Large TV in living area with lots of seating if you wanted to watch a game or family movie etc. I would definitely recommend to anyone as well as check its availability when visiting San Antonio in again in the future.

Very Nice!

The house is great for families. We were visiting grandchildren so the hot tub, pool table and gaming were lots of fun. Great outdoor backyard space, fully enclosed so it was safe for my dogs. The house is nicely remodeled, and the beds were comfortable, and bedding was very nice. The only negative for the house was there was no iron and no kitchen towels.

Great home for large families!

This property was plenty big for our group of 8. We celebrated our 13yr olds birthday in San Antonio with family and he had such a great time at the house.With pool, shuffle board and the hot tub, everyone had something to do and we all enjoyed just sitting around the table playing board games. A few things that didn’t take away from our good time at the house but were inconvenien are: There was no dishwashing soap so we had to hand wash everything, no laundry detergent so we had to go out and buy our own. Also both coffee machines were stuck on a setting and wouldn’t work but we called and a new one was sent the next morning. There are not enough hooks for towels and for eight people it was annoying having to be creative on where to hang them. Lastly no full length mirror anywhere. Again small annoyances but nothing that would ruin a trip. If you’re thinking about booking this home, I would say go for it!

San Antonio Visit

This is one of the best homes we as a family (6 total)have stayed at on a vacation and a favorite to our kids (10-20 ages). The layout is large and open with a comfy main living space, easy for everyone to hang out in with a great seating area, tv, shuffleboard, pool table, digital pinball, arcade, and record player (which we did use!). Very comfortable beds and lots of them allowed everyone to have plenty of space. The large room with king/twin bunk has an XBox, but this is a converted garage (seems common in SA). The kitchen and dining areas are quite large. We cooked steaks for 8 one evening. We did find the house open when we got there and had issues with the lock, but Christian was VERY communicative and solved it for us quickly. A few improvement considerations that do NOT in any way detract from us staying with this company or house again are below: 1) The backyard outdoor area needs some TLC. We spent a decent amount of time trying to clean the grill to use it and the area is just a bit dirty and run down. The hot tub does appear in working order. 2) The master bath is quite small and not very comfortable. The ADA shower has a bench that cannot be lifted and had some plastic pieces that fell off that were a bit dirty. 3) The house has a very large sign on it in the front that clearly denotes this as a rental. I wish that wasn't there as I feel like it points our vehicle and home out as a potential target, but all was ok.

Not well taken care of!

When arriving at our rental there was a car in the driveway. We were told to wait outside in the 90 degree heat with my little kids until they were done cleaning. Even though we were right on time for check in. After the cleaners left, we noticed an overwhelming large about of fruit flies in the kitchen/ living room/ game area. And a film of sticky dirt on kitchen counters. Upon entering the back yard, the hot tub wasn’t full enough for safety standards. There was also debris all along the bottom of the jacuzzi. Porch was full of leaves and backyard was not kept at all. The house almost seemed abandoned in the backyard. We noticed a smell on the house. My husband checked the air filter, it was completely covered and caked with dust. I will try to upload of all the pictures I took. It definitely didn’t look as nice as it did in the pictures. Felt like we paid a lot for something that wasn’t taken of.

Graduation Family Stay

My family and I had a great stay, at the moment we walked into the house we were greeted by a clean, spacious, family oriented home! We had teens with us so the pool table and other games were a hit! Every member of my family loved their stay! We will definitely be booking again in the future.. communication was also quick and easy with the owner!
