Boasting 3 expansive decks, two of which, face north & boasts beautiful bush vistas; stylish open plan living; rustic timber finishes & beautifully appointed bathrooms. All close to our renowned wineries, galleries & surf beaches, near to Dunsborough & Yallingup town sites, yet super quiet & peaceful.

You'll love the rustic, yet very modern feel of this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom rural retreat. The use of the Busselton Jetty timbers & Tasmanian Oak floors blends in beautifully with the clean modern lines to create an effortlessly stylish yet comfortable & inviting atmosphere; that soaks up the winter sun & has magnificent green hues through the huge expanse of glass every which way you look.

Offering the idyllic rural holiday lifestyle & private oasis you dream about, choose to enjoy family get togethers, or simply relax in the open plan living area; upstairs retreat or any of the fabulous entertaining areas.

The kitchen integrates between the open plan living zone & rear alfresco allowing the chef to remain part of cosy living. It boasts gas cook top, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Plenty of cupboard & bench space for ensuring every recipe is a success.

The open plan living zone features large dining & lounge suites, flat screen television & DVD player. A wood fire will make for cosy winters while enjoying a fine glass of Margaret River wine.

The well-appointed downstairs bathroom features a large shower & vanity with feature Riverstone tiles & travertine stone.

The laundry is complete with washing machine & plenty of extra storage if required.

Upstairs comprises of three double size bedrooms, all with build in robes & ceiling fans & all three afford beautiful bush vistas. One of the two minor bedrooms comprises a queen bed, while the other boasts 4 single bunk beds. The master suite is huge, with reverse cycle air conditioning & boasts its own luxurious ensuite with travertine & Riverstone feature tiles, deep bath & rain shower. The view from the ensuite is so superb - you will never want to get out of the shower!

The grounds are stunning with manicured lawns framed by feature rockwork walls, including a fire pit, merging with stunning natural bush.

The huge bush lot offers plenty of room for cars plus the boat, so if you have more than one family, parking won't be an issue.

Enjoyable

Stayed with my three children, the house was amazing, well stocked, the rooms were comfortable, hanging out in the living area either playing board games or watching a movie, with the fire to keep us warm was ideal. My son loved the fact that he could go chop the wood!
