Grays @ Denhams. A luxury multi-level beach house with all the modern amenities. 4 minutes walk to the beach, vintage pool table, light and airy living area and a huge entertaining deck. Beautiful local timber floors and high ceilings.

Upstairs you will find a large open living area with huge comfy couch, large timber dining table that can seat 10, as well as a modern cooks kitchen. If you need to WFC, there's a utility corner that includes a desk, large monitor and an ergonomic stool. Surrounded by large windows, the upstairs level is bathed in light and vertical space, while the afternoon sea breeze flows through to keep everything cool. Directly off the dining area is a huge entertaining balcony with BBQ, outdoor dining table, outdoor couch and fairy lights. It's absolutely magical after dark!

The amazing master suite is also upstairs, and includes a walk-through wardrobe, glamorous ensuite with free-standing bath, his & her's basins, balcony and shower with raindrop head.

A separate toilet with wash basin serves the master suite and upstairs level.

The ground floor has another living area with large comfy couch, flat screen TV with Google TV, entry foyer with a coat rack, and access to the secure backyard. There's also a vintage 7ft pool table with striking blue felt and all the accessories. The backyard has a deck, outdoor table with market umbrella, clothes line and the most majestic, massive fig tree.

Downstairs you will find two more large bedrooms with comfy queen beds and built-in wardrobes. Both have windows that look onto the private backyard and the amazing fig tree. The last bedroom is for the kids - with two double timber bunks. The downstairs bathroom features a bath, shower with raindrop head and basin, as well as a separate toilet.

There's also a laundry area with washing machine, dryer and ironing board.

Home away from home

This holiday house has everything a family could want or need, including plenty of space. The kitchen is well equipped, beds are very comfortable, location is perfect walking distance to Denhams Beach, Surf Beach, and Wimbie Beach. The pool table was also a popular feature for us. Dan and Jo are great communicators, always quick to respond.

Coast Getaway

Our stay at this beautiful holiday home was nothing short of amazing. From the minute we entered we were introduced to a warm, welcoming and family friendly home. The house was extremely spacious comfortably fitting our large group of people. Additionally, it was equipped will all necessary and working facilities. The location of the house is extremely central, making it relatively short and simple to go anywhere within the area. We enjoyed our stay immensely and cannot recommend this property highly enough.

It took us exactly 20 minutes to decide to buy this beach house, and you'll understand why after you stay there! It's the perfect family holiday house with all the amenities you need to create amazing memories. The minute you walk in the house your stress melts away and you feel like you're a million miles away from the hustle & bustle.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

This house is the perfect blend of luxury, beach and the bush! You can smell the sea air without being right on the beach, see the water from the amazing upstairs balcony, see and hear the birds and wildlife in the huge gum trees and giant fig, but still enjoy the luxury and practicality of a modern house. Add a vintage 7ft pool table, stunning local timber floors and the architectural features of the house.

We're biased, but we think Grays @ Denhams has just about everything you need for a holiday to remember. We've already made some great memories here, we hope you will too.
