Nybyggda 5000 SF-hem med fem (5) stora sovrum, tre (3) stora badrum och en stor lindning runt cederträ med utomhusbadtunna. Huset har fantastisk utsikt över Chittenden-behållaren och de gröna bergen från nästan alla rum. Den öppna planlösningen är perfekt för att underhålla och njuta av Vermont-landskapets skönhet oavsett vinter, vår, sommar eller höst. Gångavstånd till Mountain Top Inn - perfekt om du deltar i ett evenemang, bröllop eller bara vill äta middag på deras 4-stjärniga restaurang eller njuta av en drink eller mer avslappnad mat i krogen. Allt är nytt i hemmet från sängar, sängkläder, möbler osv ...

Gästerna kan njuta av en mängd aktiviteter på Resort intill (längdskidåkning, ridcentrum, leraskytte, snöskor, vandring, spa-tjänster) eller i närheten av sevärdheter som Killington, Pico, Hathaway gårdar, Chittenden reservoar, mountainbike, väg Cykling eller flera golfbanor.

Från hemmet ensamhet njuta av två vardagsrum, fullt utrustat kök, matsal, vackert inredda sovrum (2 kung sovrum och 2 drottning sovrum) och tre fulla badrum, eldstad, badkar inomhus eller utomhus badtunna. Hemmet har flera brädspel, plattskärms-TV, Xbox, Wifi, schackbord för att hålla dig och dina gäster upptagna eller helt enkelt krulla upp på soffan med utsikt över det vackra landskapet medan du njuter av en bra bok vid spisen eller njuter av utsikten medan blötläggning i badtunna utomhus.

Vi letar efter respektfulla gäster som uppskattar att min man just slutade bygga hemmet som tog honom under ett års helger och varje semesterdag för att göra det till det hus det är idag. Uppmärksamhet på detaljer, energieffektivt och fint hantverk är uppenbart i hela hemmet. Vi vill att våra gäster ska känna sig välkomna när de skapar speciella minnen med sin familj vid antingen ett speciellt evenemang eller återförening. Minnen som du kommer att vårda under hela livet. Awesome Vacation Retreat

The home was immaculate and fitted the online description accurately. Every room was comfortable and well appointed. We also appreciated the beautiful fall decor. Great location for attending the wedding at the nearby resort. House was very clean and user friendly. Hot tub wasn't working when we arrived but the owner was on top of it and it was fixed within 24 hours.

My family came for NYC, Denver, Chicago and St. Paul for a family wedding. The Mountain Top house was perfect for us. Plenty of room, very comfortable, had all the amenities of home. The internet was the only problem, but we worked around it. Really enjoyed our stay.

Incredible views

We were blown away by the beauty of this home and the surrounding area. It is clearly well loved and shows in the details and how nicely maintained and cleaned it was. We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed it very much. It was a real treat being right next to the horse pasture. The horses are beautiful and we went on multiple trail rides throughout the weekend.

Annual ski trip with family and friends

We came to Vermont last year for the first time and stayed in a house at Killington. When we couldn’t get that house again, we found this one and it did not disappoint. We enjoyed the views, hot tub, ping pong, scrabble and all the space. Our families loved it. We ate at the Mountain Top Inn one night and our adult children went sledding. The food was great! The drive to go skiing was very manageable. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home. We appreciate all you did to make our stay perfect!

Incredible mountain retreat

Had trouble checking in due to the VRBO website and poor internet connection, but once we got in the house was amazing. I highly recommend this vacation rental for the views and the house itself if you want a mountain getaway. Just make sure to get the necessary info from the owner to check into the house before you arrive, because there is no cell phone service once you get up the mountain

My husband and I love Vermont and spend every chance we can with family and friends exploring all that it has to offer. Every weekend as we trek back to New York, the kids beg to stay and we feel the same way. We hope you will love Vermont as much as we do!

Varför värden valde detta boende

My husband's nickname is "Bob Villa" because he is almost obsessed with home renovation projects. He really does great workmanship and it shows in our rental properties. He builds with the expectation that it is only for his family and he over builds everything - which is a good thing. This house is amazing. It is energy efficient with spray foam insulation, all new windows, LED lighting, insulation board and fiber cement siding . We designed the floor plan with the view in mind. What once was a cape with not one view of the lake/mountains became a brand new home emphasizing the view every chance we could. The decor has a rustic feel with warm colors to welcome the senses. The homes location is a pasture (with horses in the fall and winter) on to the lake and mountains beyond - it is breathtaking. We are within walking distance to the Mountain Top Resort for dining, spa or resort activities like horseback riding, boating, camps, cross country skiing, tubing, sleigh riding, etc...
