Set in a quiet, elevated location in McCrae, this home has stunning views across to the lighthouse and bay. Featuring classic coastal styling, comfortable furnishings, spacious rooms and indoor/outdoor dining, you'll feel like you're on holiday as you walk in the door!
Only 300m to the front beach, cafes, restaurants and the McCrae lighthouse and Yacht Club, and just a short drive away to the Peninsula's many offerings such as the Peninsula Hot Springs, Alba Thermal Springs, world class wineries and golf courses and surf and bay beaches.
HOUSE FEATURES:
Private and peaceful describes this contemporary, light filled beach house. Designed across 2 levels with families in mind, there is plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. The views across to the lighthouse and bay from the upstairs entertaining deck are a highlight, especially when the lighthouse is lit up in colours for special occasions. Enjoy breakfast and coffee, sunset cocktails or alfresco dining with these views as your back drop.
Upstairs features a huge open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area that opens up through glass doors to an entertaining deck with outdoor furniture and BBQ. It is an entertainer's dream with a well equipped kitchen including dishwasher, microwave and easy indoor/outdoor entertaining. Downstairs offers 4 good sized bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a second living area which opens out to landscaped gardens. Other features include a Smart TV, 2 standard TVs, ducted heating throughout, split system and evaporative air conditiong in the living areas, ceiling fans in bedrooms, mains gas BBQ and onsite parking in carport for up to 2 cars (shared driveway to remain clear).
