Lovely Laggan Loft !
Welcome to Laggan Loft in Albert Town and the beautiful central Otago region, surrounded with mountains and lakes !
A great place for two people, with all the essentials you need for a relaxing holiday and we welcome you. A comfortable place and recently redecorated, there is plenty of room for all your belongings and with storage for bikes, hiking and snow gear in our garage.
Laggan Loft is close to the Clutha River, with easy access to mountain biking and hiking tracks, fishing, Lake WÄnaka and Lake HÄwea plus Cardrona and Treble Cone ski areas. Otago wineries are also an option.
Laggan Loft is well equiped, relaxed, peaceful and comfortable place for all your holiday needs, and we hope you enjoy. We are a quiet and friendly couple who live underneath the loft, so we are available to help you if you need.
The bedroom is spacious and sunny with a super king bed, wardrobe and drawers, plenty of room for all your belongings. Linen and towels provided.
The lounge has a double sofa and rocking chair plus smart tv, radio/stereo.
The kitchen has all the essential items for your stay, a cooker/oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle and a dining space, plenty of room here and with mountain views.
There is a large corner shower, toilet and sink all in one room.
The space is warmed by the sun; for winter, there is a heat pump in the kitchen, a wall panel heater in the bedroom and a good sized free standing electric heater for the lounge. The heat from our woodburner downstairs also heats the space. An electric blanket will be on the bed for winter. This combination will keep you warm and toasty in the winter !
In the garage you can store bikes, boots and snow gear as you need.
The washing machine (shared with us) is located in the garage for you to use.
There is room for one off street car park in our driveway.

We are a couple who welcome you to our home. We love the outdoors, biking, hiking and winter sports. We hope you enjoy your stay with us.
Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
We have endeavoured to make our home a comfy home for you also ! The loft is a lovely space which is perfect for two people, good size kitchen and diner plus separate lounge. The bedroom is a really great size with a super king bed.
The house is on a quiet residential street, away from the hustle and bustle of WÄnaka but still super easy to get there by care/bike (just 4km away). The house is really close to bike trails and the Clutha River.
