ABOUT THE HOME
This spacious and modern one-level townhome offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms and unparalleled views of Rainbow hill and the Fairmont golf course. Enter through the mudroom and be greeted by abundant space for all your ski storage needs. For maximum convenience; the townhome front door happens to be right next to the stairs from the parkade.

Enjoy not one, but two open-plan living room areas, which are centred around a wood-burning island fireplace, perfect for cozying up after a long day on the mountain. Smart TVs, surround sound systems, plush sofas, and curated art adds to this luxurious townhome's ambience. Living area is filled with natural light thanks to windows that span the width of the home overlooking the golf course and mountains. The fully equipped kitchen includes state-of-the-art appliances including expresso machine and pull-out drawer microwave. This home is built for entertaining friends thanks to it's kitchen island, large contemporary dining table, bar and wine fridge.

This three-bedroom townhome feels incredibly spacious thanks to being all on one open-concept level. The master king bedroom features TV, ample storage and ensuite bathroom with a spa-like steam shower. Second bedroom features king bed, third bedroom has two twin beds. Second bathroom features renovated walk-in shower and toilet. The jewel of this property is the two outside decks. The first serene deck leads to the private hot tub, the only of its kind in the Gleneagles complex. The second deck is off the main living area and features BBQ, patio furniture and views.

COMPLEX: GLENEAGLES
The Gleneagles Townhomes are situated in the beautifully picturesque location right in front of the Fairmont Chateau Golf course and valley trail. One of the closest areas to walk to Lost Lake, where you can enjoy a woodland walk in Summer or cross country skiing in Winter. You are less than a 10 minute walk to Blackcomb Gondola, or guests can utilise the completely free no 5 shuttle service that stops outside the complex and takes you to the base of either mountain in just a few minutes. Complex features secure covered underground parking, garbage room and bike racks.

LOCATION: BENCHLANDS
Located slopeside on Blackcomb Mountain, the Benchlands offers alpine seclusion while still being just steps from the Upper Village as well as the hustle and bustle of Whistler Village. With a slopeside setting, these lodging options will have you on the slopes (or the first tee of the Chateau Whistler Golf Course) in minutes. Many of these complexes have ski-in/ski-out access and they are all on the free shuttle route to and from the Village. In the summer enjoy quick access to Lost Lake Park as well as a weekly outdoor Farmers Market.

- This home does not have air conditioning. Portable fans are provided in each bedroom and the living area.
- Pack 'N Play & High Chairs are available for rentals by request.

HOUSE RULES
No smoking, no pets, no parties, no bikes permitted inside units, minimum booking age of 25.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- 100% refund if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 75% refund (minus service fee) if you cancel at least 45 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 45 days before check-in.
