Large single level home with 4 Bedrooms (Master with large ensuite, his & hers basins with large shower, wallawa amenities), open living lounge (comfortable & spacious couches with 77inch huge flat screen smart TV). Dining & large open sunlit kitchen (includes fully equiped butlers pantry which has a service window onto an enticing alfresco area) Large outdoor dining (fits 12 people) & BBQ. The outdoor alfresco area has automatic remote controlled blinds which can enclose the entire area (as depicted in the photographs). Cinema room with huge 120 inch screen. Second bathroom to service the remaining 3 bedrooms with bath tub & separate shower. Powder room with separate toilet conveniently positioned to service the open living area. Relax in the large outdoor mineral spa perfectly positioned amongst the grass and trees to set the scene for family gatherings and tranquil relaxation. The garage has been fitted into a games room providing plenty of fun for both children and adults. Including a pool table, table tennis table and large 75inch wall hung smart flat screen TV. Huge modern laundry with self dosing washing machine, modern heat pump dryer & internal drying racks.

PETS: Pets are allowed but must have been mentioned during the booking correspondence. Specific information regarding the pet ie type/breed must be given. Please be aware that pets are to be left strictly outside only, if the cleaner finds evidence that pets have been inside (hair), there will be an extra cleaning charge. (please ignore this if you are not intending on holidaying with your dog). 

* Please make sure to pick up your dog's droppings. This is your responsibility to do this. Please use a plastic bag and dispose of the bag in the outside rubbish bin. 

* If your dog is a compulsive barker or tends to bark more in unfamiliar environments you may want to consider leaving him/her at home. Dogs that bark relentlessly have been an issue with the neighbours in the past at this particular property. To ensure you have "quiet enjoyment" of the property the owners and management would prefer the peace be kept. 

* IMPORTANT: This property's back fence is a rural style fence. As shown in one of the pictures it is a wire structure with shrubs and trees lining the boundary. This fence has been reinforced with chicken wire specifically so that dogs can not get through it. However, it is important to note that if your dog is a big jumper they may be able to jump this fence. We take no responsibility for this potential occurrence.

STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES OR GROUPS UNDER 25 YEARS OF AGE. (With the exception of children accompanied by parents)

Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly the tariff rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this will result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments. Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and will result in termination of rental and/or loss of bond.

Between 10.30pm and 8am noise levels must not disturb neighbours. EPA enforced neighbourhood quiet hours are from 10.30pm - 8am.

At any time there is to be NO LOUD aggressive behaviour, yelling, screaming and or arguing etc.

Upon payment to secure your booking, you confirm that you comply with our standard Terms and Conditions and Privacy Statement which is included in your booking information.

We also require a bond in some cases which is fully refundable after your stay.

Weekend and Long weekend Stays may be allocated a late checkout which will be subject to change. If another booking booking comes into the property on the day of your checkout the checkout time will be reverted to the standard checkout time of 10am.

HomeAway/Stayz online bookings will charge a SERVICE FEE. This fee is not paid to us as the owners and is a charge made independently by the HomeAway/Stayz online payment booking system.

Fantastic group stay

Food stocked in the home was an exceptional and pleasant surprise. It gave us breakfast for four days. Cinema room was the best!.loved the games room and spa.

Relaxing in comfort

Great family getaway. Had a wonderful holiday. Everything needed was provided. Property is exactly as shown in the webs. Hot tub, pool table, table tennis, board games.... So much to do. Theatre room was much in demand! All required utensils provided. Overall, a great place and a convenient location, so close to shops and restaurants. Mauro was very helpful.
