Welcome to ‘PierPoint 201’ a waterfront Geelong CBD Apartment with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms plus onsite secure carpark. Location in Geelong could not be better; only a very short walk to the CBD Shops and waterfront restaurants and cafes.

The Space:
‘PierPoint 201’ features 3 generous bedrooms all with their own ensuite bathrooms, great open plan living, dining and kitchen area and outdoor patio area both off the main living room and master bedroom.

There is also a secure underground carpark for one car available for use.

STRICTLY NO PARTIES. Only Families or Mature groups over 25 will be accepted.

Bedroom 2 – Queen
Bedroom 3 – 2 x King Singles

Bathrooms – Each bedroom has its own ensuite. Bedrooms 1 and 2 have walk in showers, vanity and toilet whilst the 3rd bedroom has shower over bath, vanity and toilet.

Heating/Cooling – Split system air conditioning and heating in all bedrooms and main living room.

The property also consists of a european laundry with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board available.

Free WiFi is available at the property also.

ACCESS: Owner can meet you at the property with keys or for late check in, collection at Key Safe nearby can be arranged.

Great place to stay!

We were four adults in Geelong for family get together. This unit is so well placed so you can walk everywhere and so very comfortable. Could easily stay for longer periods of time, we had four nights was cosy inside but cool outside. We would recommend this as a great place to stay.

Location was fantastic so close to everything we wanted. Everything we needed un apartment. Only negative is driveway into parking. Sharp turn with concrete barrier.

Absolutely beautiful

The host was lovely and so welcoming. The location was perfect for not only what we needed but close to all sorts of shops and amenities. The water right across the road what more could you ask for. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Great location in Geelong with plenty of room for guests

As the manager of a small team, a property with three large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms is unique allowing us to share the facility and meet together in the spacious living areas. Thanks Bernie for the great communication and welcome.

Great location

Big apartment, would be comfortable for even a long stay. It's close to the best bits of Geelong, and close to the train station. I mentioned a late check in a couple of times leading into the booking, and when I got a text with a mobile number for Bernie to make contact with for check in details, I texted and called the number with no response for days. I had to chase the management, and when I got onto Deb from Regional Escapes , they were good at communications after that. Sadly as I was a late check in I had to travel out of my way to another property altogether 2.2 kms away to grab the keys from a lockbox, which wasn't ideal late at night travelling on public transport with my 12yo son. Not sure why a local lockbox isn't an option as it is with so many other properties? Main bedroom ensuite's showerhead needs replacing too. Otherwise I'd stay again, would recommend for a mid budget option.
