Bellevue on the bay.
Bellevue on the bay is an absolute entertainerÂżs delight, bring the whole family along and even a small pet for stunning a peaceful break on the coast.
Set in a quite street, a 2 minute drive to the main street or a few minute drive to the beach and just a 5 minute drive to Quarantine bay boat ramp this house is located to suit everyoneÂżs preference.
With a large double lock up garage, there is plenty secure space for you to store your boat or jet skis.
Bellevue on the bay is a 2 story, 5 bedroom home with flat entry into the main level and out onto the gorgeous covered in balcony.
On the main level of the home, you will be welcomed to a large opened plan living area and kitchen that leads out on to the large balcony. The property backs onto a reserve that is home to an abundance of wildlife, relax and enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning and enjoy the wonderful sounds of nature.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, full sized fridge and even a dishwasher for those who love to entertain but hate cleaning up the mess after. The main level is home to 2x bedrooms, 1 being the Master Bedroom with a king bed, walk in robe and an en-suite with a bathtub the second is a smaller bedroom with a king single bed.
