Each bedroom features reverse-cycle air conditioning, ensuring a cosy stay year-round. The open plan design is ideal for family gatherings and includes all the thoughtful touches of home.

Kitchen: Whip up delicious meals in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with a 5-burner gas stove, large oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, and ample counter space for meal preparation and gatherings.

Pool Information: The solar-heated pool is perfect for warmer months (November to March). Please note, it may not retain heat effectively from April to October.

Sleeping Configurations:

Master Bedroom: Queen bed, window shutters, ceiling fan, reverse-cycle air conditioning, ensuite with shower, hand basin, and toilet.
2nd Bedroom: Queen bed, reverse-cycle air conditioning.
3rd Bedroom: Queen bed, reverse-cycle air conditioning.
4th Bedroom : Features 2 bunk beds (sleeping 4 people), and reverse-cycle air conditioning . This bedroom has no internal access to the main house. It features a separate entry via a lockable door opening onto the covered patio area with access to the sliding doors into the main house.

The main bathroom features a bath, separate shower and hand basin,. There is also a separate powder room. A convenient laundry with washing machine and dryer is also available for your use.

Please be aware that the Mornington shire has strict guidelines that affect holiday rentals. These include restricting who can stay and the behaviour and activities of guests while occupying holiday rentals. We reserve the right to cancel any bookings that we feel don’t comply.
