The Piccolo Shack | Gracetown

The Piccolo Shack is a light and bright beach shack in the small beachside town of Gracetown. This freshly renovated beach shack is cool and quirky, everything you need for a fun filled yet laid-back holiday by the sea. With three bedrooms, and open plan living area and fully fenced back courtyard this quaint shack goes by the name Piccolo (meaning small) yet it has a big heart and all the room needed for a small family, couples or a group of up to 6 guests.
The Space
As you enter through the yellow front door you’ll find yourself in the kitchen and open plan living area. The kitchen is small yet fully equipped with everything you need, complete with Stanley tool drawers that have been repurposed as kitchen cabinets. There is an oven, electric cooktop, fridge/freezer and microwave.
The sitting area has a comfy leather couch and TV. The dining area has direct access through bright blue barn style doors to the outdoor courtyard area, continuing the old-style quirky beach shack vibe there is even a retro space invader machine with 60 games on it and giant Jenga to keep you entertained.
The two queen rooms are down the hall from the TV area, they are light and bright with fresh white linen. Off the dining area at the back of the shack you’ll find the bunk bedroom, bathroom, laundry and separate toilet. The bathroom has the spruced up original shower cubicle and basin, the open laundry has a washing machine and trough.
Outside the paved courtyard is fully fenced for a private feel with shade provided by the peppi trees with outdoor furniture and Weber BBQ. Beyond the house there are water tanks that service the property as there is no town water in Gracetown.

Extra fees: Cleaning Fee: While we charge a cleaning fee, we still expect our guests to leave the house in a neat & tidy condition on departure and follow our check-out instructions including washing all dishes and removing rubbish to outside bins etc. Credit Card Fees: 1.75% credit card fees apply for domestic VISA, Mastercard & EFTPOS, 3.50% for international VISA, Mastercard & EFTPOS and 3% for AMEX.
Linen: linen is included in your stay.
Pets: the house is “pet friendly” and you can bring your furry family member along with you for your stay and enjoy the many dog friendly beaches in the Margaret River Region. The yard is fully fenced. Please let us know if you are bringing your dog along, at the time of booking. Max. two dogs.
