Alby's is located on Lorne's peaceful Smith Street, giving you a tranquil beach haven with easy access to centre of this vibrant coastal town. Situated between the gum trees, the property has modern amenities with comfortable spaces dine, entertain and relax. Albyâs boasts an open plan living dining area with wood fire heater, ducted air-conditioning, a spacious deck with BBQ, Wifi, and so much more. Albyâs comfortably sleeps eight guests in itsâ cosy three bedrooms, including a master suite with water views, private ensuite and walk in robe and a kidâs bunk retreat.
More than a place to stay, Alby's offers quick access to the best beaches, waterfalls, and attractions that Lorne has to offer. Plus, pets are welcome to join in the fun!
Living and Entertainment
An expansive lawn and landscaped gardens welcome you into this unique property. Once you step inside, you'll find an inviting living room with a 4K Smart TV with Netflix and DVD player over a wood fire heater! The elegant dining and kitchen area can easily accommodate large groups. Entertaining is simple with fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. Or enjoy a casual meal or Nespresso coffee at the breakfast bar.
The property provides breathtaking views across Louttit Bay from the living and dining rooms, master bedroom and itâs large deck. The deck is the perfect place to simply relax on a sun lounge or to host a BBQ for family and friends

Albyâs accommodates 8 guests in 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 well-maintained bathrooms.
Bedroom 1: King bed, balcony access, built-in robe, and ensuite with shower and toilet
Bedroom 2: Queen bed and a built-in robe
Bedroom 3: 2 Bunk beds, single fold out sofa bed, TV, Telstra TV
The main family bathroom has a shower and a toilet.
Location
The property is a 600m walk to Lorneâs iconic pier and an easy 10-minute stroll to the town centre and main beach, making Albyâs the perfect location to explore Lorne and itsâ surrounds.
Please note the yard is not fully fenced.
There are external security cameras installed. Cameras are positioned to view areas for external security monitoring only. All cameras are installed in line with local regulations.
Firewood is only supplied from May to October.

Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless âPets Welcomeâ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
Strict no party policy
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the âHouse Rulesâ. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
